The food was fantastic. It takes basic food you eat and then cook it in a different way and make it so much more healthier and delicious! The ambiance was very relaxing. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Itâs good place to stop in if you want lunch or dinner. They vegan and gluten free options. I would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthier option and something delicious!

This was my first time dining at this establishment. The Food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The service was top notch. I will be back.
We have been to True Food several times in both Paramus and Garden City and it was always wonderful. This time it was terrible. We were seven and when our food arrived the three of us who ordered pizza got cold food. We ordered dessert and the waitress asked if we wanted to take our leftover food home, I told her no because it had come out cold and no one wanted it. She brought dessert, it was the best part of the meal. I asked her for the check, she never even walked down to my side of the table to give it to me, just left it on the other side. It came with a 20% tip added in. The service and food did not rate that tip!

The food wat good. The service even better. Don't get the mango tart if you are looking for mango. It tasted more loke coconut than mango. lol but it's good if you are looking for coconut :)
