Service is super slow. Hoped that for the wait that bagels would be great. They bagels were pretty basic, nothing special. Asked for half a dozen specific bagels and didn't get the type I asked for. Asked for a dark coffee and got a cup of milk. Sorry I strayed from my three sons.
Love this place!! I been ordering an egg bagel w salmon lox and an iced coffee on a daily/weekly basis. Their bagels are so fresh and the lox is delicious!! Can’t survive a week without this deliciousness in my life. They package the order up so neat and the iced coffee tastes perfect every time.
wonderful place to spend 15 minutes to order a bagel and a coffee. The 2 workers attending customers are running trying very hard to serve but they are easily overwhelmed with 2 customers each ordering 2-3 hot sandwiches. The management cant seem to hire more people?! For me three sons down the street is the place from now on, they have 8 people working making their way much more efficiently through longer lines of customers.
I have visited The Bagels about six times since it opened. I have always found the bagels go9d and the staff good. Whatever communication issues came up seem to be reasonable. I am surprised to read some very harsh reviews. I don't doubt their honesty but chill out its a bagel place. I have NEVER had a problem with the quality or freshness of their food. One point though the complaint from a customer who experienced discrimination- if there are more complaints like that I will stop going. It's a bagel place!
If you don’t mind waiting 35 minutes for a subpar egg sandwich this is the spot for you. Staff is rude and remarkably slow. Tons of bagel shops in the area so much better than this place.
We had an event at the office and ask for The Bagels to cater. They did an awesome job!! The bagels were fresh. The fruit were sweet. The french toast was delicious!! The order was ready on time. Let me not forget to add that the Iced Coffee with the Iced Coffee ice cubes...no words!!Thank you for the excellent work!! My staff was very happy and full :)
I never write reviews but I had to because the staff is extremely rude. I don’t know if they put something in my food because I got sick after eating my bagel.
This place just opened up around me. I was hoping to make this my go to spot every morning. The bagel was pretty good too. Too bad the service was beyond awful. I went in, ordered a lox w. cream cheese on an everything bagel. Grabbed my bag and left to eat on the go. Opened the wrapping and only saw lox in a bagel.. I go back inside and tell them I wanted cream cheese on it. The employee or whoever, told me that I said I wanted lox only on a bagel. WHO orders just lox on a bagel?! seriously.. I told him no, I wanted cream cheese. Bro proceeded to argue with me and give me attitude telling me what I SAID.. Like If you heard wrong, that's fine. Slap some cream cheese on and let me go on my way. You wanted to stand there, argue with me and then end up putting cream cheese in anyway.. like why even give me grief? I read more reviews on google after and some people had a similar experience, I imagine with the same employee. Check your attitude. Man was giving off so much negative energy it went into the bagel and gave me a stomachache.
You guys are truly the best of the best, there are 2 others close by....but I gotta say you got em both beat.and that was tough to do.! Great job and good luck in the future.
Great place set up with a small parking lot next to it. Great place for breakfast or just coffee or tea. Been there a few times. It's one of my go to spots. Check it out if your in the area. ?
