Quick, fast! OMG! No line! Staffs were very friendly and helpful and had patience with me while I was trying to decide on what to order!!
To be clear, I'm giving this Starbucks 2 stars only because it's Starbucks (otherwise I'd totally blow them off). The employees are sluggish and obviously not interested in helping out. The employers are not supervising their new hired employees, which is the reason the employees are making mistakes on very simple orders. There is a learning curve to everything, and person has to actually pick up on it before they can work without supervision.I love Starbucks, but this particular one I will avoid in the future.
My order was done on time but when I went to pick it up, I didn't appreciate how the female worker made a simple mistake (which is fine) but then tried to pass off the responsibility and made it seem like it was *my* fault (which is not fine.) Completely rude and unnecessary; I don't pay to stand there and literally tell you how to do your job. If you made a mistake: fix it, apologize, and just move on. Don't go telling customers that "they should've done this or that" when it was clearly on you. Makes me mad too cuz I was so nice about it and yet she had the audacity to clap back at me like that smh.
One of the few starbucks stores who actually serve a good coffee!
The line can be a little slow sometimes but getting that fresh hot cup of really tasty coffee that Starbucks brews so well is worth it.
This is a great Starbucks. It is a super busy location but, in general, they do a really great job with everything.

I get the same drink everyday. Definitely know when they don’t follow the directions on the cup. Just bitter! It is the small details for me. They always seem to forget my whip cream and caramel. It’s rather annoying going back to get my drink correctly made.
Watched the barista named Jackie make my drink wrong, not to mention she was out of dress code with multiple accessories on and wearing sweatpants. I didn’t expect much coming here but at least do the bare minimum - especially when the stores slow.
