We are used to excellent service and the service was good but not excellent. The medium rare request was rare and was rectified, however that meant that one of our party was eating after the others.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my reservation. Was told they would come and get us when the table was ready. I sat at the bar. Ordered two drinks, a mixed drink and wine. The wine was awful. Had to send it back. Server agreed that it smelt like vinegar and gave me a new glass from was should have been a new bottle but I did not see the wine being poured. The second glass did not taste much better. Waited 15 min and went to see when the table would be ready. Was told I have to settle up at the bar first. When I ordered the drink and informed the server we were waiting for a table I was not given that information. In addition, when I ordered I placed $40 on the bar to pay, assuming I would not be having another drink. Since my wine was sent back, I do believe it should have been free since it was BAD wine⦠instead it was $16. While sitting at the bar numerous couples came in and were immediately seated. There were more than 12 open tables when I arrived early for my reservation. There was no communication or professionalism given for a dinner that I spent almost $300 on. The service should have matched the bill. Our dinner server was great! The food was very good, but the portions have significantly been decreased in size (the sides that is). Two steaks, crab cakes, creamed spinach and potatoes au gratin should have filled up 2 people⦠Overall for the price I paid, I will not be returning for dinner. What should have been a pleasant evening was far below my standard when spending so much money. While the food was great, the customer service and portions were not. Respect means the world, as does class. It is missing at this establishment.
Service was top notch. We sat in a booth by the bar and The female bartender was phenomenal!! She was on top of everything and extremely personable. Its worth traveling from out east!!!
Went there for my birthday. Food was overly seasoned calamari was salty) and crab cake did not have enough seasoning. Very bland. Also every table we saw that had a birthday got a cupcake with a candle and we didnât get anything will never go back!
Excellent service. The waitress was very helpful, and knowledgeable about menu choices.

If every chain was like this, I'd be ok with a world full of McDonald's and Taco Bell's. But they aren't. Which is why you go to Ruth's to celebrate and not Burger King. Always always always a fantastic experience.

The steak for two was $110 and quite fatty. The baked potato was $12 and seemed microwaved. Not crunchy skin. All in all it was very expensive $365 for 2 co you please with no dessert and two cocktails which were $17 each. I will not be returning
