It was a beautiful experience at Red Salt Room. From the decor, to the ambience, to the amazing food, and wonderful staff. Our waiter Angel was so kind, so warm, and wonderful the entire evening. Would return to this place again soon!

first when I made the reservation I was told online that the only available time was 6:15 PM. Meanwhile there was not a soul in the restaurant all evening. I tried to order the 2 pound lobster special but they told me that they prep it by killing it hours in advance and cleaning it, therefore eliminating all of the inside mustard, roe and all of the flavor. That is no way to serve a whole lobster. Plus killing in advance itâs not healthy at all. I am a chef and have never heard of serving a whole lobster, precooked, pre sliced and halved. I heard good things about David Burke. Clearly i was mistaken.
