I'm a regular customer of this location. Things lately seem to being going down hill. I've received missing sides in orders, salads with slimey lettuce, and a fruit cup that did not pass go but went right into the trash because of funky fruit. I wanted to email them a sample of what I mean but the customer care email doesn't allow you to upload pictures to the Manager. Maybe this will get their attention.
Worse experience ever! I called to complain that the tuna on my sandwich was not up to par (I have gotten this sandwich on several occasions). On the first call the team member hung up on me while I was explaining to her my situation. I had to call several times and they answered when I used my sister’s phone to call. I spoke to the manager Omar, who was not helpful and mad me even more upset. He told me that he just got in when I told him about my order. He then stated to me that the tuna is portioned out so there’s no way that I did receive the right amount of tuna. I tried to tell him- “how would you know if the team member actually provided the correct portion? Didn’t you just walk in - that’s what he stated to me as soon as I started to tell him about my order. He then tried to tell me that it’s possible that I got more arugula than usual. I then stated to him that I am not talking about the arugula. I have a complaint on the tuna- barely any tuna. Mind you I ordered the same tuna sandwich yesterday and had no problem with it. I also tried to explain that to Omar. I am so angry about this experience and lack of management skills!!
My name is Maria, I just order online and the employees forgot a smoothie that was supposed to come with the rest of the order, I call the store and the manager she said her name was Daphne, she was very rude to me, I told her I want a refund, the reason Inorder online is because I had surgery and she said no we don’t refund you have to come in person, I can’t believe the lock of consideration, she shouldn’t be a manager
Not upset with service or food quality, but I ordered the Mediterranean bowl And they changed the bowl size, it should be called Mediterranean PLATE. A lot less for the same money or more.

The staff has little to no customer service etiquette. Staff was speaking for over 20 minutes with my food at the window , had to wait to get a new soup. Then they gave me dirty utensils .
Food is fresh, love the menu and rewards program !!!
Every meal I have had here is prepared precisely and is tasty. Nice atmosphere also with plenty of room to sit.
I am often in a rush so I don't have the time to address these concerns at the store directly, but the lunch items aren't prepared as carefully as they used to be made. There is hardly any chicken on the chicken chipotle pizza, today it was overcooked, and it's not even cheese, but seems to be sauce that is cheese flavored. The quality isn't there in my opinion, anymore.
