Best dinner I have had in a long time. The wait staff were superior. I canât say enough about this restaurant and the quality of the food and selection. I am gluten free and had a huge selection to choose from. I was also uncertain about my wine choice and was provided an opportunity to taste two to help me decide. Never had that experience before either. I will be a regular at this restaurant. Five stars!!!!!
Iâve been to Novita a handful of times but this was my worst experience to date. The hostess was dressed as if she came straight from the gym, there was lipstick on my glass, some of the mussels in my dish were not open and the bread was stale. The waiter was very nice but overall service was extremely slow. I donât think I will be coming back.

Bread had a dead bug in it, so there was that. Told the waiter and he responded ew and took it away. No other acknowledgment or compensation. Other than that food was okay. Pastas could use more sauce. One pasts wasnât made with the type of pasta that was stated on the menu. It was also very loud, noise coming from bar section although we sat as far away as we could from the bar. Wouldnât go back for food but maybe for a drink.
We had a great dinner here from apps to dessert. Mozzarella taster and lemon pesto hummus was delicious. Everyone had a fish dinner and all were outstanding. Tierney, our waiter, couldnât have been better. He helped with wine selections and was so personable. We canât wait to go back!!
Usually like Novita. Tonight (a Thursday) it was packed inside, so extremely loud. Even though we had a reservation for inside, my husband and I opted to dine outdoors. The downside of moving outside is the service was quite slow. It seemed like the busy indoor crowd consumed most of the staff. As a result we skipped the appetizer and just had dinner to save time. Hubby enjoyed the fish special. I had a salad with grilled chicken -- would have preferred the chicken to be freshly grilled and warm, but it was cold. All that said, it's a good spot and I've had lovely meals there before, so will return.
We made a last minute switch to Novita because of the heat wave. Everyone loved it! Joe our waiter was amazing! He had so much patience and very good recommendations! The food was delicious! Everyone loved their food. Iâve never gone before for dinner with the girls. It was perfect!
Overall our appetizers and main courses were great except my Lobster Parpadelle was significantly under seasoned. It seemed to be missing the salt element from all the ingredients. I was very disappointed.
Great service, great wine, great food.
Always consistently very good food. Service was great and outdoor seating is quite nice. Definitely recommend and will return.
