The girl at the register was great but the burger was over the top saturated in grease felt like you was drinking cooking oil instead of eating a burger. For $20 bucks a burger and a milk shake there's definitely better and cheaper out there.
Cashier was very nice and friendly. Ordered a burger deluxe, how could you run out of pickles? Then this small burger was thrown in a cardboard container 6 x 6 which is so big with no wrappings or anything at the bottom. Very poor presentation. Burger was just OK. Roosevelt field mall
The woman who packs orders and calls out names is so incredibly rude and full of attitude. Not only was it clear that she was raised without any manners, but she also tried to intimidate customers by using scare tactics. She also decided to be so kind and hide our order behind the counter for her own enjoyment to add onto the wait time! Workers like her reflect poorly on the company as a whole and society in general.
Amazing! The fries were of superb quality, and the cashier was extremely polite. My friend and I got out food fast and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. A 100% recommendation for anyone visiting Roosevelt Field and is looking for a meal.

The ‘Nashville Hot’ chicken sandwich was not spicy at all, did not have any flavor. But it was a nice piece of chicken. Crunchy too.
The milk shakes are so good and the food is good also. But the shakes keep me coming back.

My boyfriend ordered this meal. It was both our first time trying from this spot. This meal is so simple yet so delicious! It is more on the pricy side but it’s definitely very delicious! The tots were crispy and super good and the sandwich as well! I surprisingly enjoyed the tots without ketchup (: The chicken is so crispy and tender. With the Mayo sauce that it comes with!! SOOO delicious!! Would definitely come back.
Summed up simply:Flavorless, pricy, tiny portions.More batter than chicken in the sandwich and the batter is greasy and hard on the outside but still mushy on the inside. Chicken is super thin buried within the batter. And the price is sky high - $10 for one palm sized sandwich. At least the bun is good tho
