Customer Service/Cashiers: Called Melt Shop to make a complaint... Spoke to an Assistant Supervisor (lets called her “Flore”)which was noisy, loud, disrespectful and rude. While trying to explain about an experience my daughter had she became so arrogant and sounded confused...saying that she had already apologized, when I knew she haven’t even heard a word I have said...
