I’ve been going to this place for several years (since grade school, Sewanhaka Class 2019!) and I’ve always had a good experience. Food is great and people WERE friendly. Today, February 19, 2022 at 1:50pm, I came in for my usual Murphy wrap and I was completely ignored for other customers. It wasn’t busy. It was me and another guy when I first came in. I wasn’t asked what I wanted. But as soon as another “desirable” (aka white) customer came in, they were greeted like long time friends. At this point, I waiting for over 5 minutes and gave the worker the benefit of the doubt (MAYBE he was making such complex orders that he simply IGNORED the Asian woman in the store). I have never experienced such blatant exclusion and at the time, I didn’t know what to do. It saddens me that such a place that held great memories for me has changed so much.I’m still giving a good review due to those past memories. But businesses who rely on repeat customers should be more self-aware of the image you represent. You can only rely on goodwill for so long and word of mouth/reviews are a powerful tool. Such a shame

They have the best chicken noodle soup!!
I've been here a few times with no complaints or concerns - the last time I was here I saw a cockroach on the wall. Won't be returning.

Was disappointed usually all their salads are spot on. This time they tasted old or possibly going bad except the cucumber salad which was delicious! Not sure why;but their salads are not cheap so the money was wasted we threw them out.
