Prices went way up, quality continues to be inconsistent, order directions are rarely followed. One day my grilled chicken wrap has 4 chunks of chicken the next it has twice as much but is missing bacon and the next they forget some other key ingredient. EVERY restaurant on the planet has figured out how to functionally have in-person orders, take out, and delivery. Not GC Bistro. They decide to have 6 people doing the same thing and still can’t pump out orders in a reasonable time. The only reason they are so busy is because literally nobody else around makes regular lunch wraps. The food is fine, but we’re not reinventing the sandwich wheel here and now that wraps are basically $15 each and way smaller than they used to be, it’s just not worth it.

This use to be my favorite spot when I would work in garden city. Went back A year later to get my favorite wrap and they hardly put any chicken in my wrap. When I when I complained the owner was completely rude and didn’t even bother to check how much chicken was on my wrap and I was told that I had to pay extra if wanted it chicken on there. They No longer do orders for pick up so I waited on the line for 40 minutes Which was ridiculous. When it came time to pay I was charge for extra chicken and I was charged for bread which in the past they would give for free with your order. Will not be coming back here. overrated. Not worth the line. And customer service has gone downhill.
food is great, but would love and appreciate if online ordering came back. do not have the time to call & place orders for multiple people at my workplace or to walk-in & wait 2 hours plus for these orders. you guys also do not accept call ahead orders... which is upsetting. would love if the online order returned
Way overrated!!!! Business hours are horrible, not open weekends and often randomly closed during the week. Staff is super rude and refuse to accept call ahead orders for pick up. Wait time for walk in orders can take over 30 minutes. Salads are good but certainly not worth the aggravation. Tons of great alternatives in the GC area.Appreciate the response but your excuse is weak. Read prior reviews, patrons have complained about wait time and staff for years. As an owner you should own the criticism, learn from the critique and improve the business. No one is picking on “you” remarkably childish response from a business owner. And yes I, as I am sure many will go elsewhere for a salad.
We order from here all the time from my nearby workplace - consistently excellent salads, paninis and wraps -- some of the best grilled chicken locally & always fresh ingredients. Chicken quesadilla is great too! Just be aware -- they are very busy & delivery can take over an hour.
Take out is way too slow.. 45 mins for a salad is way too long but the food is very good

I LOVE their crabcake salad!!!!! It comes with two amazing dressings.. one nice and sweet.. the other creamy like blooming onion sauce… every other fork I alternate dipping my fork of crabcake and salad into either one… the bread is delish that comes with the salad and I dip that into both dressings as well. When in doubt, get the crabcake salad.
