The guy working 2/17/22 at 4:00-4:20 PM today was rude and unprofessional. He cut me off mid sentence while I was telling him my order to rush me and rushed packaging my dozen donuts, when he put one in the bag, he roughly opened it flinging the donut on the counter. Service is terrible. I won’t be back.
Had the avocado toast and chicken cheese croissant. Must try, it was delicious and service was quite fast. Only issue is the tables were so filthy that we literally would have rather eaten in the car.
Ordered a pbcup macchiato with a donut and got a regular macchiato without pbcup and also forgot the donut, this isnt the only dunkin location im having issues with and might just drop the comapny altogether
Depending on time of day, the staff can be efficient and fast, but then, on other days & times, staff slow and inefficient. Selection of donuts and muffins sketchy too depending on time of day and day of the week, but given all that, for the most part, one of the better DD's.
This place didn't have the Lemon donuts so I left to find another store that did. Store was nonetheless clean and friendly staff.
Great fast service, nice people, I would not start my day at any other place my favorite place and some of my favorite essential employees. I really appreciated them even more at the start of the pandemic when they opened for a few hours. Thanks again for all you do , you are #1 in my book.
Depends on who makes it, sometime perfect, sometimes 50/50

Don't think just because you're next in line that you'll be served next. Apparently, first-come, first-served is not their policy. Be prepared to wait, if you're will to put up with that.
This Dunkin’ is amazing. All the workers are fast paced, and know what they’re doing. One worker in particular that amazes me is Jennifer. She provides excellent service and is one of the best workers at this Dunkin Donuts location and even all of Long Island. She always greets customers like me with courtesy and is always kind while maintaining a professional demeanor. If you need a new dunkin location to go that is consistent and makes great drinks, this is the best one to go to.
