Terrible. Don't waste your time at this location. I placed an online delivery order, received the wrong order, and when I tried to call (7 times, kept going to voicemail) I finally got a person that said they no longer work there... they gave me the right number, and I still had to call that number 4 times before getting someone that sounded like they were sleep talking. He hardly made sense, and trying to decipher what he was trying to say, I was literally told there was nothing he could do and I couldn't get my order today, but that next time I go there, he'll take care of me... As if somehow that was good enough for not getting what I ordered today and basically being told \\\"too bad.\\\"
I ordered an iced caramel latte and blueberry muffin through uber eats. After receiving my order, I was sent a chocolate chip muffin instead of blueberry, which was ok because they had written down that they were out. My big problem is the latte. It had a clump of something in it after I took a few sips and I felt immediately nauseous. A few minutes later, I drank a little bit more again and felt sick right after AGAIN. I also felt weird pieces in my mouth and when I took it out, they did not look like things you would put in a latte. I have no idea what they did to my latte but that was the worst feeling and I seriously don't want to know what I swallowed. I have never had this problem with other Dunkin Donuts establishments before and I hope someone looks into this...
I was in dunk-in Donuts was I ask for small coffee and bagel with cream cheese first off I was standing in line for five minutes finally I got to order then they toke seven minutes to get my order done so it was twelve in total to get my order done very very bad service
Terrible service. They don't even have coffee ready to go when the store opens. I placed a simple on the go order for a coffee with milk and I'm standing here forever waiting for it.
Service is in decline at this particular time

Never seen such a disgusting place forget dunkin donut, ordered a coffee and hash brown, order recived with coffee laying arround with finger prints and hair in hash brown, OMG !! I would reccommend to keep an eye on them how they prepare your order if you happened to have no choice, never seen such a dirty place for a long time...
