The kid that completed my order was rude and impatient. I visited the location many yrs in thr past and wanted my mother to experience it. She initially said her order however I was explaining the options before I could say whether or not that was all the toppings she wanted, Deleon(sp?) Was off to the side to mix the icecream with 1 topping. Luckily the young lady who took my order noticed his attitude and decided to take my order. He put the icecream in the bag purposely without a spoon therefore i had to come back after I already walked back to car. Its sad we had to experience his rude and impatient behavior. Some ppl should not take front facing positions, if it does not fit their personality.
I’ve never seen a business with more rules posted. Staff is relatively rude, not very welcoming. The whole gimmick is lost when the ice cream is horrendous.
Rude workers. Gave attitude about not having a mask, will no longer give them any more business.
paid 18 dollars for TWO scoops of ice cream.... literally only 2 scoops... way too expensive. not worth the money spent. the ice cream way WAY too sweet. not enjoyable.
Horrible from the second I walked in!! Was accused by the service people of cutting the line when all I wanted to do was look at the menu behind the counter SMH. Which by the way was the only place the menu was displayed. I’ve been to enough stores to know there is a line. Probably because I’m Asian that they thought I didn’t know?? I said “I know, didn’t know there was a line to look at the menu too” and walked right out of there. If I could give it no stars I would. Nasty girl from Saturday night, 10/2/2021. She wore glasses … stay away from her. By the way ice cream is overpriced.

Visited this location with my family this evening. Whole staff was very nice but Jake helped us out he was super informative and friendly. Great spot for a quick treat in GC !
