The specials had no price on it when the bill came they charged $48 for 5 small scallops The oysters were sick looking extra small When the bill came $177 they added 20% tip and another $20 tip and another $13to the bill When I complained to the manager he told me that was a glitch sounded like everyday practice in the restaurant The restrooms are without any AC with a bad odor and a lots of flies No espresso or cappuccino Bad experience
Service was absolutely horrendous. It was busy but not crazy, they were completely disorganized and left us sitting for 15-20 min without anyone even coming over once. I was 2 min from walking out but then Elmer finally came over and was attentive for the remainder. That said, food was very good.
We were a party of 8 and felt rushed. We were served our main dishes while eating our appetizers. The wait staff continuously tried to remove dishes from the table that still had food on it. All of the meals were fine except for the 2 fish dishes - Halibut and Branzino. Both were over cooked and dry, which is a shame for a seafood restaurant. My draft beer was served in a regular 10 glass, smaller than the typical pint glass. We brought an ice cream cake to celebrate a birthday and it was served on a small plate that was hot - straight out of the dishwasher. Needless to say, the cake melted by the time we finished singing happy birthday. I would never return to this restaurant and it definitely wasn't inexpensive. Such a shame
Fried food from restaurant depot. Did not have fish so maybe that is good. There was no steak or other land food when we were there.
Overpriced. Specials don't have prices listed. Floor to bathrooms wet, slippery, and hazardous, and manager blames customers' shoes! Service distracted, uneven, and manager has perpetual scowl. Cannot recommend at all.
We reserved outdoor seating and they tried to sit us out front on the street side. We requested waterside and they accommodated us. I had the Paella which was tasty. The menu stated it came with a lobster tail. What I got was half a small lobster cut down the middle. So 1/2 a tail and a claw. My wife had the filet mingon which I had a bite of and was very good. Main entrée was brought out way too soon, we had not finished our appetizers. The crab cake appetizer was straight out of a frozen box. The lobster Mac & cheese was good but small on the portion size. I did not think this should have been a 200 plus dinner.
Thursday specials r the best especially the 2for 1 lobster.
Had an incredible Birthday dinner. Armando our host was very attentive. The staff was friendly and never had to look for our servers. Food was absolutely delicious. Canât wait to return.
Our reservation was not there. They are overpriced and the service is horrible. They add a 20% gratuity, tho not indicated anywhere. The manager had a nasty disposition. The bartenders were condescending and the waiter seemed very impatient DONOT VIST THIS OVERPRICED AVERAGE, WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES UNLESS YOY WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY FOR A BELOW AVERAGE MEAL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
The food was great. The drinks was strong not lacking liquor. Jose our server was the best. He came and check in several times to make sure we were good. He made good menu suggestions and was knowledgeable about the food items. I was hesitant because of past reviews but glad I checked it out. Have not been there since pandemic.
