The overall service was terrible. We waited forever for our food which was not even hot, I will not go back. The waitress was not attentive.
I booked my reservation based on strong OT reviews. When I arrived I wasnât so sure as the restaurant is in a bit of a party/bar area of town. I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendly service and KILLER food! If you like a classic east coast seafood boil this is definitely your place. Thumbs up!
The waitress we had was an older Dominican women with blonde hair in a pony tail. The hostess sat us in the middle isle and we asked her if she can accommodate us to the corner table. She informed us that if the reservations for the table in the corner cancel then she would be more then happy to accommodate us. The hostess came back 20 min later and said we can move tables. The waitress came with the drinks and told us please next time donât move tables without advising anyone. Automatically assuming we had just moved their on our own. So I told her please go speak with the hostess because she was the one who advised us we can switch tables. And she apologized afterwards. When you assume you make yourself look like.. you know what. So then towards closing time she comes and brings the check and we asked her for one last round and she said no the bar is closed we are closing and I already have your check here . I told her that was not nice next time she should tell her tables prior t closing for last call. I didnât like her customer service skills at all. The food was amazing ! To bad Rudy wasnât there I would of told him about the waitress service skills. She just seemed overwhelmed and never came to our table to ask us how was the food or the drinks. Poor service on the waitress end. The bus boy was more attentive to us then our own waitress. I wish I knew her name we had reservations for 10:45pm on 8/7/2022. Oh and I forgot to mention when I was placing my food order I also asked her for mini salmon with potatoes and instead of corn I wanted to substitute for veggies and she said no thatâs not possible the dishes are already as is. You can buy a side of mixed veggies but will receive the corn and get charged separate. She wasnât accommodating at all. And when we asked her what are the most popular dishes she said she whatever is on the menu. Totally not professional. Maybe she should switch to another shift because you can tell she was not happy.

Cultural clash, food was mediocre at best, not what was expected, not worth the price, and false advertised. What seafood restaurant doesnât have scallops on the menu????? Server was good.
The overall dining experience was nice. Our waitress was really attentive and was never too far. I had the mini fulton but couldnât finish it because the crab legs were extremely salty. The dry seasoning was subpar, I didnât really enjoy my main dish at all.
Food was great! However, in the restaurant where you actually seat down to eat was very noisy. The place is very narrow, due to that my family had a hard time hearing the people at our table. The bar on the other side of the street was amazing!!
Went there to celebrate birthday with friends party of 6. We waited a long time for drinks and place food order. Was not happy to see a credit card 3% charge at the end of the bill.
Always a lively environment with great food, drinks and ambiance. Such a favorite when trying to impress friends or family. Love it here.
