They accused me of trying to pay them with a fake $20 bill, apparently all because it was light green instead of dark green. They even had the audacity to crumple my (real) money into a ball and toss it on the ground as some kind of test, and then took it to the back for all the employees to examine. I ended up having to pay with my debit card because they refused to take cash from me. I have absolutely no intentions of visiting this establishment again; I honestly feel like they gave me a hard time simply because I’m not latino or white
The pizza just wasn't good, thought it was just me but when no one else eats more than 1 slice that's not a good thing.Poppers were gross, chicken wings were so bad. Only gave it 2 stars since the staff were nice and on point.
I decided to give a try for the new NY Style Pizza even though I believe both Dominos and Papa Johns are both equally terrible excuses for pizza. Again, I have been proven correctly this pizza was a terrible blend of chewy tasteless undercooked dough, tomato sauce and cheese. I even tried reheating it and adding my own quality pepperoni and just ended up throwing it out. The Garlic Parmesan Cheese breadsticks were at least better.
The food is fresh as it is most times.
Better ingredients, better pizza how?! Saw the commercial and decided to have pizza Friday with the family. The pizza that arrived looked NOTHING like what was advertised. The pizza was mostly crust with the slightest amount of sauce and cheese. The pepperoni pizza had all the toppings on one side. Not sure who made the pizza but I am sure it was a waste of money and "ingredients". It was not edible. Dominoes can't cut even slices but atleast its a pizza and it's edible. Never again John
I always order from this location. This is my favorite Papa John's location and I wouldn't order from anywhere else. The manager, Nemo, is a real professional and will go above and beyond to make your experience perfect. Thanks Nemo!!
They don’t deliver to Baldwin 10 minutes away from their store. Lame.
I ordered online and paid for my order. I entered papa johns and told the worker, " I ordered online". I gave the short spanish guy my name and he walked away. He told another guy to help me. I gave the worker my name again. He gave me a HARD WAY TO GO FOR MY ORDER. After going back and forward for my order, he finally gave me my order, and it was FULLY PAID FOR. I got to that same papa johns, on a regular basis. I never had a problem. I'll probably go to another papa john and inform my friends to switch locations. Unbelievable!! ??????
