BIG BAD customer service.Made me sit on the curbside for 15 minutes. I walk in just to learn that they are short staff and not doing curbside.Put a freaking sign for God sake.Beside being unprofessional, it is not nice on the humanity level.Never again going there.
I always use the drive thru there because it is a fast efficient way to pick a light snack or a full meal and the food and beverages are very tasty and fresh.
Hot and fresh I should've gone there today
Have nothing but great things to comment about this McDonald's. First, I live in Hempstead& love to visit this location. Second, have been to many franchise restaurants and each one has a particular item that is always made well but this McDonald's makes everything great. Third, the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. My favorite location
Don't go here When the kids are out from school it is crazy you can even hear yourself talk.
Specify my fresh n hot. If thats what you like because food always Luke warm. The buns must of changed they are dry and sort of toasted. (on the cheeseburger. idk McDonald's losing it.

First when we get there we wait for 10 minutes for the staff to take our order the passed by us but did not hesitate. We ordered a Hot caramel latte and they served it at the middle of the cup. We also asked for sweet and sour sauce, we watched the grab a handful and rudely placed it in the bag. Thats not the worst part when we got home, started eating, and took out the fries THEY BARELY EVEN GAVE US FRIES!!!!! Honestly the staff is so disrespectful very rude and don’t seem to care about their job at all! As a customer that buys their food a lot I’d say it’s just generally very disrespectful how they treat customers I don’t know who taught them to treat customers like that or what kind of customer service guidelines they have but it’s just generally disrespectful
