Tooo noisy.
Everything was very good. Very attentive server. Very nice celebration for birthday with the dessert and also enjoyed the live music
The waiter that served us was very nice , but not well trained. It took over 30 minutes for our drinks to be delivered - we were finished with our appetizer when we got the drinks. At the point they were delivered, we had to remind him to take our dinner orders. I think that he will eventually be a good server , but he needs training and management at this point. When we paid the check , he neglected to return my credit card. He eventually found it and returned it to us. We wish him the best of luck , we enjoyed the food , but I must say that the service was very poor.
The ambiance is great the waitstaff is friendly. The birthday song is terrific. But the food took a long time and it was not very flavorful. It was lacking.
We had a good time amongst family. The mar y Tierra dish was delish, the ropa vieja was Mexican style obviously not Cuban it was different but it was good. The nachos I heard wasnât the best. The drinks were good we had the maracuya (passion fruit) margarita.
The food was so good! I had a fruit passion margarita it was so good!!
The portions were small had two spoons of rice. Ask for more and they wanted to charge for a side. For the price it is not worth it. Don’t understand rock roll band at a Mexican place. It is horrible. Not worth the money don’t go.
Overall great restaurant and fun! The music was not typical Mexican/mariachi but rock and roll. That was not great for a Mexican restaurant. And very loud depending where you were sitting. Portion size on my dish was tiny and at that price not great! 6 people with 2 kids that ate chicken fingers was $400 and less then two drinks each.
Worst customer service experience from “manager” Ivan. Our drinks had no, I mean NO alcohol in them. The “manager” came out and spoke to us and said he made them himself and that he put “extra” alcohol in them which was false. More importantly his customer service skills were just not there as he was RUDE from first entrance to the table. He told us we would need to “pay” for shots when they were never even included in the drinks to begin with. Wouldn’t recommend. If I could give zero stars I would!
I can’t Recommend this place enough! Bartenders are superb, especially Shania!Drink are always on point and weeknights are often happening! I stayed at the hotel next door and it was a perfect lunch dinner spot! Ivan, the manager, treated me super well and went the extra mile to grab my buddy and I two chairs at a congested bar during a big party!Great folks here, clean and always a happy spot!
