I had no idea how it worked at first I ask for veggies sandwiches the lady was ni e and explain to that I need to selected what I want it...the process is like subway. Good sandwiches a lot of everything add it- you really can't complain ? yes I will go back and recommend it! Everyone was nice I was the only one kind of lost in the order process it was my first time
I didn't want to do this because the regional manager said he was going to take care of the situation but instead he insulted me w his offer. I ordered about 80 bucks worth of sandwiches a few months ago for a child's party. To our surprise the giant itialian we ordered had a spicy surprise the gloves from the person who made the sandwich. A sandwich that was supposed to be for children was left with workers gloves. I reached out to them to make sure they were aware of what happened. A rep claiming to be the regional manager tells me to wait a few weeks and he will personal take care of the situation. 2 months go.by and I get 1 free sub coupons. Wow great
Just discovered Jersey Mike’s thankfully this wasn’t my first visit because I’d never return. My husband & I ordered two regular sandwiches on Rosemary Parm bread. Got to the house & was greeted with their regular bread. Called to inform them & was told “We were busier than usual that’s why we gave you that bread” LOVELY! Horrible Customer Service, unfriendly staff, & unclean kitchen… it wasn’t busy while our meal was being made but afterwards a line started to form. Overall just go to another location. Just isn’t worth the hassle here.
I came all the way from Queens to get Jersey Mike’s sandwiches for the family . The staff were very friendly and the sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Thank you.
First Jersey Mike's I went to, but I've been ordering a sub from this particular place almost weekly since. Consistently good even if I can never completely finish their regular sized sub in one go because it's stacked to the brim with deliciousness.

Meh. Ordered a tuna sandwich. It looked good, but I've tasted far better at home. Bread was fresh. Portions are odd for the money. Doubt I'd stop by again.
Idk what it is but why is it that everytime i order from this location the bread is ALWAYS stale and they never put enough oil and vinegar… likes it’s always dry….. i usually go to ny favorite location in uniondale but it seems as though i couldn’t been my normal location in doordash app. Smh it’s like a waste of money honestly… Idk why i order from this location…. But the sandwiches are not up to par at all. I feel i just wasted my money.. i literally just ordered front this location 20 min ago. I’m so over it. Disgusting dry sandwiches
Clean restaurant with fresh food. I got a regular turkey sub combo. The sandwich was delicious. Staff was friendly and moved fast.
Turkey sub was delicious, chicken chicken cheesesteak was super salty.
