Went out with 10 of my girls On a Saturday night around 8:30 PM and this restaurant by far was Definitely one of the worst restaurant experiences that I have had in a very long time. The food was completely terrible and the server brought one plate at a time. It took almost an hour for the appetizer to come out and they only brought out three plates and slowly one by one a plate would appear. Totaling almost 2 hours absolutely horrendous.
I love this place...great food, atmosphere, drinks, music, vibes...there's an ice cream parlor across the street and a smoke shop (which sells cigars).
My sisters and cousin came here because it seemed like a great atmosphere and good food. We waited over two, almost three hours for our food and STILL DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!! We understood that it was a holiday “Memorial Day” but two hours was EXTREMELY unacceptable!!!!!! When we asked about our food my cousin who ordered the Spring rolls was told they were out! Mind you this was already two hours in! I have never ever experienced anything like this! This was not a great experience for us!!! I don’t know if I will go back. I’m only giving this one star because it needs one in order to post but I gave it no star. I also expressed to the host that we waited for hours for our food and nothing came and she had this smirk on her face like “oh well.” I asked for the manager multiple times and constantly got an excuse. He never came and I don’t know if it’s because they never told him!Moral of the story WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD!!!!!!!
Music is only indoors I guess I know why due to noise ordinances but at least have a speaker within permissive decibels to allow your outside diners/bar stool holders the ability to listen to chune. Inside was crammed packed due to that reason which raised concerns of contraction. I was at the outside bar for two hours ordered simple spring rolls numerous times they never made it out, that was not just my problem but others in my party. Ended up refunding the order that was $125.00 (not including drinks) (loss). Myself and party spent plenty cash there that night not only on drinks but food. All we had the pleasure of enjoying were the drinks. I think it's quite sad. Do better.
Love this place! The food and music is always a good time. It can be busy on certain days, but I had a wonderful experience. Definitely will be back!
We asked for three cheeseburgers well-done they came back with two cheeseburgers not well done and one cheeseburger with a piece of hair sticking out on the return the exchange the real burgers and gave us the patties from the Frozen pack but the produce was fresh and crispy
Kept a private dinner party there the owner was awesome and everyone was ranting about how great the food was. We all had a great time with great customer service and even better food. Finger licking good
Food is unbelievable, enjoyed a few occasions at Hurricane Harry's and each time was unbelievable. Great food and perfect drinks, you have to try to spring rolls.
I love the jerk chicken very delicious I just wish they would give a bigger portion lol
Food is not bad, but it's not great. Romantic dinner? This is not that type of spot. Drinks with crew, then munchies after, this is that type of spot. A hang out spot. Drinks are strong ?. Merman is an acquired taste. Jerk chicken is sweet, not authentic, but good.
