Attempted to reserve a private party event here. I left 3 voicemails , no response, I went to the restaurant thinking perhaps there was an issue with the vm. The hostess said the manager was busy,there were no customers in the restaurant. She apologized and said unfortunately he always says he's busy. Thankfully I found that out prior to booking
This is a great place to chill out grab a few drinks and vibe out with the live music! The seafood was fresh and the lamb was very festive! The service on the other hand was very lagging, it took 15 mins for a waiter to come to our tables to get our drink orders. Not to mention we had to find a waiter to get their attention every time we had a request. I would’ve given 4 stars if the service was on point but for a sat night that was most disappointing.
I was there with my daughter and a group of her friends celebrating her birthday on Saturday may the 14th I was charged for drinks I didn’t order the shrimps and fries was over cooked and everything we wanted I had to go to look for the waitress to ask .The service was bad but I didn’t want to upset my daughter or her guest so I didn’t want to make a scene. There was a group of Hispanics there they catered to them all night and they were able to blast their music and do as they pleased while we were treated like second class citizens. I spoke to the manager who is Hispanic about the treatment he apologized only because he knew it was the right thing to do.I will never patronize that restaurant again
I had a very unfortunate experience. I bumped into someone, they made it their mission to get me kicked out, followed me, 5’1 100ls, twice my size and cornered me and said I had to go ??♀️. It’s obviously they had no control of their patrons
Ordered over the phone for take out. Simple ny strip steak mash potatoes & veggies. Steak was supposed to be medium well but chard, really tough & fatty. Could tell it wasn't a good piece of steak and wasnt cooked properly. Mashed potatoes were watery and they just drowned it with butter to try and get some taste out of it overall gross. Veggies where undercooked didnt even touch them after the first bite. Couldn't stomach to finish the meal. The young lady who helped was extremely nice thats the only silver lining. Want good food go somewhere else.
Food was amazing, great wine selection for reasonable price, great service. Absolutely recommend that you give this place a try
Came here for a birthday dinner with friends and we had a blast! Food was great - we got a mix of seafood for the table: oysters, clams, calamari, fish tacos, everything was fresh and tasted great! Drinks were good too, I had the Lychee Martini. We went on a Friday and they had live music at the bar downstairs. Would definitely come back!

First time dining at Hibiscus on the Mile the food was really delicious especially the lamb chops and service was excellent. Beautiful view and friendly staff. Can’t wait to visit again .
