I went yesterday there was many times where we could not find our waiter. The wrong drink was sent to us and we ended up having to get up to switch the drinks ourselves since waiter was no where to be found. We also had to get up to find our waiter to order food. When receiving the bill, there was a $38 open liquor charge which was explained as gratuity tip. I walked over to an employee to inquire about the charge and was told to “take it up with the manager.” When walking away to look for the manager, another employee informed us that the lady who told us to take it up with the manger was indeed the manager. When walking back up to the manager she immediately refunded the charge. I have never in my life had a manager on duty tell me to take an issue up with the manager lol Furthermore there were no apologies for the horrible service we received. We will not be going back.
The raw clams were incredible. The bartender needed some help not very attentive to you at all.You figured during a weekday with only a few customers they pay more attention to you but they were too busy cleaning out the ice wells and cleaning up the messy bar you think that would have been done at night after your shift was over not midday when customers are trying to eat.
Save your money. Went here with my husband and infant daughter for lunch at a non busy time so there were a bunch of open tables. Unfriendly hostess tried to sit us right on the loud speaker of the live singer. We asked to move and was brought into the deck which definitely needs to be renovated!Food portions are extremely small. We ordered the baked clams as an appetizer and they are the smallest we’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. For lunch I ordered the “fried chicken filet sandwich” and got 2 small chicken fingers on a roll for $20! Definitely would not come back here. We spent close to $200 and we left disappointed and hungry.
Tasty sumptous food, great staff service and fast!! Enjoyed the margarita drink. Lively and beautiful ambiance of fishing boats passing by.
What I ate was good. The menu was a little limited. But the staff was fun. The music was great. I had beer and softshell crabs. It's right off the water so it has a nice view of the boats
Yes!! Bracco’s really is the best place to go in Nautical Mile. Other bars look bigger, louder, richer, or more expensive, but after a night of bar hopping we can tell you that Bracco’s is the place to go and to stay a while. The best time to go is around 6pm, there is indoor and outdoor seating, live music (an amazing island themed band when we came!), corn hole on the sand, the drinks were delicious, and the view by the water was amazing too! The coconut shrimp was amazing! 5 large shrimp not overly breaded. The outdoor space was comfortable and live music on a Saturday afternoon, it makes for a perfect weekend. A little over-priced, but good vibes and nice crowd.
Docked here on my boat for dinner. Place has a ton of outdoor seating and a live band and multiple outdoor bars.The staff is great. They have docking help, tons of waiters and staff to clear the tables.The crab cake appetizer was just ok, more like a fritter than crab cake. Could have had more crab and less filler. My wife's clam strips were excellent and my Mahi Mahi sandwich was great. French fries were perfect.I'd eat here again.
