This place is decent. The prices definitely went up within the past few months, but the quality went down. Everything just tasted like its been sitting. And that's exactly how it looked walking into this place. Even the chicken wasn't fresh. I haven't had boston market in a while and maybe i just came on the wrong day. The associates are cool though

This was a HORRIBLE experience! There was one guy behind the country who behaved as if he didn't want to help me. Every question I asked he just starred at me until I asked him is he ok? I placed my order and his response was ok fine with an unpleasant tone. He told me to wait for the steamed veggies. With his ? mask only over his mouth. He went to the back and out comes the cook the same way, with only the mouth covered NOT the nose! At that point I told him forget the order. He never bothered to ask if everything was OK, he just said ok! TERRIBLE service and unsanitary! COVID IS REAL!
It's been a long time since I ate Boston market.The people are great but the food was the worst.I just remembered why it's been a long time.Never again!!!

Totally unfriendly workers. I walked in, place was empty. Nobody said hello or welcome, not one word. They just stared at me as I tried to decide what to order. If it weren't for my 89 year old Mom who was waiting in the car and really needed to eat something at that time, I would have walked out. I ordered for my Mom only, I decided to patronize another place.
Service was impeccably fast and most of all courteous. Kuddos to the staff of 168 Franklin Ave of Freeport.
