I come here several times a week and they are just great. Sometimes I stay over an hour having my breakfast shake and they are very sweet and always so helpful. Even if you are not trying to lose weight, there are many differnt shakes and teas and even waffle Saturdays!. I reccomend everyone to at least try, even if you are passing by get a Tea or even their tasty protien muffins or donuts!*I do not work at or for this store. Just a very enthusiastic customer!
As you can see, I love this place. Because the protein shakes and mega teas, crapes. Gives you the perfect amount of energy, the team here will definitely help get that body you've been dying to see.

I was already hesitant on going here because it is an MLM front (Herbalife). But my friend wanted to try it so whatever. They have no description to what is actually in their drinks. I got their “skittles energy tea” and it was FOUL. I felt ill after taking one sip from the drink. The place is cute, customer service was a bit pushy. I wouldn’t go again, and you can find better stuff elsewhere. And the drink might look good initially but turns into a murky color after it’s mixed.

Absolutely love the fresh crepes, waffles, teas, muffins, and donuts. Always my go to place for a healthy drink or meal that’s packed with nutritionalvalue. New holiday drinks come out for a limited time and are always a pleasure to try and are always AMAZING! Just when I thought the food was good, the staff is even better. They’re always a pleasure to talk to while waiting for your food or drinks to be made. They are very welcoming and make you feel like part of the team! Highly recommend!
They were hesitant to great me when I walked in. I didn’t think much into it until another woman walked in after I ordered and was met with enthusiasm. I told the first cashier very politely that I needed time as I had never looked at the menu before and she okay. Within 45 seconds to a minute the other cashier Jalissa seemed aggravated at me taking my time, inhaled sharply and very curtly said “is there anything I can help you with” as if there was some type of time restriction or my presence was a bother. Tonality is key. With me being the only individual on line at the time I felt there was an underlying issue present. Kindness is a virtue, especially whilstworking in a customer service fueled position.
I love this place, they have the best oatmeal, shakes, cold/hot teas and coffee. The owner and the girls that work there are so sweet and caring for all of their customers. This my go to spot for healthy shakes.
