This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I ordered an Americano and waited nearly 15 minutes with ordering ahead on the app. Store was clean, staff was just ok. More transactional than hospitable. Coffee was very good.
I ordered one bagel with 3 cream cheese and one butter. when I went back home opened the bag, there was only one cream cheese. I was really not satisfied with their service.
Drinks are made correct but the baristas are not polite. Need better customer service training. When I say thank you they say nothing back.
Vice is always good but there is no atmosphere anymore. Just like cattle going in, get their coffee and leave.
Literally so disgusted with my experience tonight. Two male baristas had the nastiest attitude problems. I ordered an iced coffee with no ice so I can have it for the morning. Ordered it ahead. When I came in there was a ton of ice. I KINDLY asked for no ice. This barista had a break down. Like a child. Then in front of everyone went on to complain about why people do this. Other barista decided to chime in to say that “because they are privileged and want to make peoples jobs harder” imagine being this upset about doing your job wrong ??? And over no ice??? Oh he then made me rip off the sticker and throw out the old drink. Absolutely disgusting they need a reality check and really shouldn’t work around people. Disappointing because the staff has always been great.
Smh..waited more than 30 minutes for a drink before I confronted an employee and had to tell them again what I ordered. Had I never said anything I would’ve never gotten my drink .
Beautiful and clean
The staff is always rude to many people. I waited a while to give a review since I understand that people can have bad days. They are not following Starbucks philosophy for customer service. They take forever to take the order, and argued with customers about drinks when the barista is the one doing the wrong order. They talk bad about customers in front of the people waiting. Prepared drinks and just put them on the counter and the customers have to be touching drinks in order to find their order…. Hello COVID-19!!!! It’s sad since we are paying 7 dollars for a cup of coffee.
