Mary is one of the sweetest, caring people I have come across. She is always concerned about you doing the right thing for yourself and improving your health. If you are interested in losing weight try her cleanse as it can help you shed some of those unwanted pounds. I would definitely recommend.
Dr Mary was just a blessing! from the moment my sister and I walked in , her and her family made us feel welcome and took time to help us find the supplements that we needed and educate us on what the different products were and their health benefits. I think I found a new home lol ❤️

I’ve never felt so at home walking into a business. Mary (the owner) has the biggest heart and smile. She truly cares about what we put into our bodies. Not only does she care for our wellbeing but makes incredible smoothies! You can tell these smoothies are organic just by taking one sip. Thank you Mary!

The owner of this little gem, Mary, is so sweet! I don’t live in the area, but my cousin does, so I’ll be sure to stop back every time I visit. Just got a delicious smoothie and she put a lot of love into it. ☺️

I came across Royal Way on my way home from Hempstead State Park. I did not expect so many fresh cooked hot menu options. Usually health food stores just have a few items and most of it is in the refrigerated section. Mary, the owner is an amazing lady, passionate about organic food and natural health. She is from Nigeria but was an MD in Russia, and speaks fluent Russian. I caught her by surprise when I switched from speaking English to Russian. She has an incredible story and background but what stood out most was how warm, welcoming and kind she was. She made me feel like I was right at home and could talk to her about anything. She changed her career in conventional medicine to help people recover their health the natural way, helping customers select the right supplements and tailor their diet. She also offered some free samples while I was there, which was nice. If you are in the area it is definitely worth a visit, so many fresh options on the menu or if you just need someone for advice with health, Mary is definitely the person to speak with.
