Horrible service. The 2 girls on the closing shift on January 11, 2022 were extremely rude to me, my mother and another customer just because we ordered 15min before the store closed. No customer should be treated the way they treated us. A lot of attitude, eye rolling, nasty responses, and they limited our choices from the menu just because they said they didn’t feel like making it AND didn’t want to give us our receipt for the smoothies we ordered.

such sweet staff everyone is so nice every time i come in! makes my experience so enjoyable. food is great and fresh, one of my favorite places to go?
Very positive staff, extremely friendly, helpful, and alot of smiles. They make you feel like FAMILY. If majority of the stores could adapt and practice this model, business would thrive and reach a milestone.
Definitely need to fire the two teenage white girls working the night shift. I went inside and automatically the two white girls looking gave me and our group a sneer, feeling the victim of Islamaphobia. Then they continued to disrespectfully talk to us, at point trying to push one of us the machine saying we can’t touch that. When we asked for the manager, they started to argue and say we aren’t allowed to give it and the other customer inside agreed with us when we complained about their attitudes. When we were leaving, they invited friends into the store trying to instigate a fight. I hope they get fired and if anyone has information and the two girls working on Nov 27 at night (8:02pm) please let me know so I can formally complain too.
Red Mango -Franklin SquareLong IslandThe staff that works here at this Red Mango are always kind and professional.I usually order my “Tayler’s juice” which is my own customized juice that is super healthy.Sometimes I order an açaí bowl. But today I ordered their oatmeal and their banana peanut butter protein which is super tasty and yummy.Please see my pictures below from today. 11/14/21.
The company should invest in a secure seal for when sending out orders with delivery drivers. My driver just gave me a half eaten bowl.
