This restaurant has gotten new owners. Apparently it’s the same cook and food no problems however they got new owners and never got a new menu, their online menu has the old owners prices, I ordered food and the new price was literally double what their menu says, way too expensive and then I called back and said wait a minute how is this the price and they went on to tell me all chicken dishes are 25 and the salad I ordered was 20, I should have cancelled the order because this is absolutely ridiculous they are money hungry and just lost a customer no thanks

I wanted to share this incredible restaurant my family took me to in Franklin Square called @il cantone cafe. After living and leaving Naples Italy I have had a hard time finding really great and authentic Italian food, this restaurant was awesome ! We orders several Appetizers -calamari, mussels, baked clams and artichoke hearts. We also has a margarita pizza appetizer that was devoured before I could take a pic! Just delicious! For Entrees I ordered the chicken marsala-it was perfect! My family also ordered the chicken parmigiana, grilled salmon and veggies, shrimp scampi, spaghetti and meatballs, eggplant parmigiana. Everything was amazing! We left room for the amazing desserts that were all delicious along with a great espresso too. I have included some great pics to show you all the food. It’s under new management and the attention to detail was truly excellent! Ask for the owner Wilson and tell him Lucy sent you ?

I made a last minute booking for a party of 12 for a pre show dinner on Saturday. Melissa, the manager took great care of us and ensured we were done on time to get to the start of the show. Great food, service, desserts, great casual environment. I now have the rep with my friends for picking great places to eat! I highly recommend il Cantone and will be back….

Wow what a delight! I had the penne siciliana today with a glass of Pinot Grigio. Great portions - I even had a touch for lunch tomorrow. Must try!
Excellent service, and food is fresh and delicious. Order a panini or a pasta dish you will not be disappointed. My favorite the balsamico!
Love the place I've been eating there for years . Great service with a smile and my favorite dish is Sinatra it's delicious thats just one of them I can go on and on.
Il Cantone Cafe is an excellent cafe! I was invited there by the owner Wilson Pinilla coincidentally the owner of Pinilla studios(see my review about Pinilla studios). The restaurant is very clean. The food is very fresh. The prices are very reasonable and the food is very good! Stop on by if you are in the Floral Park area and enjoy an excellent night out. Hope to see you there!
