I’ll start with saying that the food here is great. The pizza, rolls, and chicken wings are all delicious. However, when I am treated with the disrespect that I received when making my order..that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Whoever is picking up those phone on the other lines needs to go back to kindergarten and learn some manners. I am appalled, disgusted, dismayed, and outraged at the fact that they don’t know any human decency. But I’ll say it again just to be clear you guys have great food.
I walked in for pizza, but then decided on getting pasta. The place was so welcoming and had such a family vibe that I didn’t feel stressed about being indecisive. The waiter was very pleasant and had conversation with us. I ordered the penne alla vodka which was delicious! The service and the food was excellent! My friends and I got to enjoy a catch up and had some great conversation which led to dessert once again our friendly waiter recommended a few things, my favorite - the tiramisu. So delicious! Highly recommend!?
Cinelli's is, without a doubt, THE place for penne alla vodka and tiramisu around! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Being that it was my first time there, I was amazed by all the great opinions and couldn't decide. Our waiter recommended the penne alla vodka and when I said I was vegetarian, he assured me it wasn't an issue and that they would make it without meat. So glad he made that recommendation, and as a vegetarian, it was a real treat! After dinner I ordered tiramisu, and again, WOW! Hand down the best version of it around and this is my go to at any restaurant, so trust me on this one.
It was my 1st time there ever tonight, we met Barbara the owner who was an absolute gem, I enjoyed talking with her! Our waiter Abe helped me with my selection (homemade gnocchi in Alfredo sauce), the gnocchi looked like little pillows, but the flavor was out of this world! It was silky, light with the perfect mix of cheese and butter-if you have the chance you need to try this dish I cannot rave enough! My boyfriend, who is in the fish business very rarely has a good experience with other restaurants seafood but tonight, I watched as he took his first taste and his eyebrows went up, and he looked at me and said "this is how a seafood dish should taste", he absolutely enjoyed his meal. And then there's Jackson, the young man who gave up his Saturday night with his friends to take care of us. What a nice young man! Barbara, thank you for a wonderful evening, you will absolutely see more of us!

The dinning room is very classy and the food is delectable. Try the fountain Proseco.
We keep coming back and had our Christmas Lunch/Dinner there Thursday, and as always, it was fantastic. Family style appetizers and the entrees were beyond delicious. Steve, our waiter, once again did an outstanding job. Nice cozy atmosphere. Thanks to all!!!
