You can always tell how a restaurant is by there lobby and bathroom well the bathroom was worst than an Outhouse. Someone messed all over the bathroom and the employee unlocked the bathroom for me and my daughter and saw this and didn't care just wanted to go on his break . I didn't even want anything to eat there the service was very slow.
Please manager of Wendy's in this location. Have a new employees. The employees you have it's terrible customer service. To take a order 10 min. To serve Another 15 min. Too many employees . Distracting. And never have a customer experience. It's terrible service guys. Sorry. But you need better employees.
I ordered on the mobile app and had ordered no tomato and added some extra bacon and other toppings but received just a regular sandwich with tomatoes and the spicy chicken nuggets were cold. Worst Wendy's I've been to.
For it always being so empty, this place is agonizingly slow. However, the food always slaps. It's warm, it's fresh, and better than your average Wendy's so I guess the slower speed is the compromise.
I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places unless I’m dissatisfied but today I had really great service for the first time. It’s rare but thank you to our cashier, Jonathan, who showed patience and excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across genuine smiling reps who make you feel welcome.
If you order online, give it about 45 minutes before you actually show up because they take an unreasonable amount of time to finish orders even when placed in advance. If you place an order in person, you might as well sit and wait in the parking lot for a while. There hasn't been a single time that I've ordered from here that I haven't had to wait at least 35 minutes for even a simple order. 1 sweet tea and pre-made salad took about 40 minutes of just standing around, and the ordering process was so unpleasant. I got up to the cashier after the person in front of me finished ordering and the workers just pretended that I wasn't there. They clearly saw me waiting, but just attended to other things, awkwardly trying to avoid eye contact and not even acknowleding that I was there. There were 5 people working behind the counter. This went on for 10 minutes until I made a comment about the wait time to my friend, and someone finally came to the counter and asked what I wanted. And then it took about 35 minutes to get a sweet tea and a salad.
Very awesome staff there. Even the manager, Annika, was working up a sweat. They were busy. Sometimes, we need to look at a different perspective when making a review after service at an establishment. Everything isn't always to our liking, but credit is due where it is due. For example, my wait here was very long. But I don't know what's going on behind the counter to make conclusions. They were very overworked and understaffed. These employees are dealing with way too much stress and work for the pay they receive. Again, thanks to this amazing team at this location for your hard work.
I had a terrible experience at this location. I don’t leave negative reviews, this is my first one, but this place irked me. I had ordered late night, and I ordered chili. The chili wasn’t closed properly and when I got home and took the bag out of my car, the chili went through the bag and all over my pants.I went back to the store, and showed the night manager the ripped bag and the stained paints. He seemed like he didn’t want to bothered, and finally seemed glad when I asked for the store manager contact information.I called the next day, and the store manager told me she would get back to me after I told her I had the dry cleaning bill for my pants as she had to call corporate. Not once did she seem like she even cared enough to make believe she cared.It has been a month. Never heard back from her.I haven’t been back, and I never will. I forgot all about it until I saw a Wendy’s ad on TV. I wish I could transfer my Wendy’s points to anyone, just on the condition they don’t ever use it at that Wendy’s.
Worst customer service. Ordered through Uber eats and they waited until I called to let the courier service know it’s ready. Called the store to and the representative I spoke to could not even find my order which tells me the didn’t view it until I called. She screamed all they do is “bag it and wait for it to be picked up”. Shortly after, I received the notice that someone was picking it up. Ive worked for fast food before and know that a notification has to be given for the nearest courier to come….which is what they didn’t do. Will not be ordering from this location again.
The staff are trying their best, the food was as I remember it, they don't have a dollar menu anymore, they have 4 for $4Problem is, I don't like chicken nuggets and soda.. the fries and burgers, are the reason I go to Wendy's.. and at this time there's no indoor seating for anybody.
