Excellent service. The food is served fresh and hot. The inside is spacious and the tables are wide enough to hold several dishes, very convenient. I recommend to come here with friends, family or a date.
Rico is the best waiter I’ve experienced in my entire life. He eager to please, very professional. Ask for him when you go. Top notch service!!!!

Food was delicious overall and a bit pricey. We had the salmon caesar wrap, a strawberry shake, vidalia onion rings and sunrise pizza. The salmon was juicy with a side of crunchy fries and the strawberry shake was refreshing. The vidalia onion rings had a nice crunchy crust and the sunrise pizza with the trio of overeasy eggs in the middle was phenomenal.
The restaurant seemed to be busy for sit-down lunch, I ordered takeout and it was ready relatively quickly. The food was good. The bathroom needs to have paper towels in them for those who don't like the hot air dryer etc... Parking is difficult,but that's Queens NY...
Overall the food is good.The waiters and waitresses are incompetent. And the chef never gets the order right. Doesn’t even bother looking at the order ticket.
I went out on a Saturday night and stumbled upon the Upper Crust. Despite it being incredibly busy (for reasons I now understand), my service was stellar and superb! My server’s name was Max, and he provided me with one of the greatest eating experiences that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing in a very, very, very long time. All of his recommendations were superb and I did not wait too long for anything.The food was marvelous - their fish in particular is to die for. I had the Bronzino and I loved it, especially since it’s a filet and not the whole fish! I really enjoyed having some wine with some friends again, and this is certainly where I’ll be doing that moving forward! They have smaller and bigger bottles, and their most expensive bottle is only $28, so it’s really affordable in comparison to having wine anywhere else!Another thing is to comment upon is the ambiance - on Saturday nights, the restaurant is alive! People fill each room, laughter and the clinking of utensils can be heard, there’s delightful music playing always and all in all, it just feels like a lively eating experience. Highly recommend!
over priced and poor quality food. Ordered a chicken parmesan meal, the chicken tasted like card board, the sauce was very salty and the "fresh" mozzarella was super plastic looking on top of the 32$ price tag.
Stay away from this place!Saturday evening waited to be seated at the entry the “hostess” told us there was wait which was fine she took our number and said in 15 mins she would give us a a call and asked us nicely not to wait in the front not to block the entrance. . . We watched her seat somebody who walked in right before us 5 mins into the wait her excuse was she tried calling her which she never did. The management he is poorly run clearly. When we confronted her about this... she didn’t seem to care. Will never come here stay away!
I got pizza and ravioli from here. Very good ravioli paired with a nice and light marinara. Chipotle Chicken pizza had lot of toppings but all complimented each other really well. I prefer the pizza here to most pizzerias because the pizza doesnt have a grease pool like some other establishments. restaurant was really clean and the waiter was nice and attentive. Food came quick and was fresh
