Had the chicken bento box. Very tasty & economical. Dumpling smaller & less filling than expected.
I have ordered the Chicken Teriyaki w/ Steamed Rice and Veggies around six times before. Four out of six times, the food was great. The other two times, it was average. It can be a hit or miss, but it's still fulfilling food.
They give very little meat. I also asked for extra sauce, and even confirmed with worker when I picked up the food. They definitely did not give extra sauce like they said they would. Flavor was okay, but would not go back here. Was not really worth the money.
Shrimp & Salmon bento box with fried rice. I come here a lot. Always good
Decent food but customer service is difficult unless you speak Chinese. They overload your order with rice despite telling them; "VERY little rice.". Really need a counter associate that is fluent in English comprehension. The cashier is polite enough but doesn't grasp the gravity of the order.*UPDATE* Had to detract a star for sheer stupidity. Attention T1 associates. - Do ~not~ place the food containers on their side especially when your customer requests extra sauce!FFS, the inside of my bag was an absolute mess.Took longer to clean everything than to eat it.
First time here. The place was busy when I walked in so I figured it had to be good. I ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with vegetables and white rice and also California rolls. The food was good, the only thing I should've ask for was more teriyaki sauce. I would definitely be back and recommend people to stop by if they in the area.
Tried Teriyaki One for the first time on UberEats. I really enjoyed everything in the bento box. The teriyaki had extra sauce on the rice which was perfect. And the sides were so delicious. They pay attention to your order notes as well. Will definitely visit in person!! I definitely will recommend their food. A+
The food was okay, not the best bento I’ve eaten. Some places come with shumai and a California roll instead of the gyoza and spring rolls, which I prefer. The thing that worries me though, is the huge gaping whole in the bottom of the bento box. I was sharing the food with my toddler and upon picking up the second spring roll, I noticed a weirdly shaped hole underneath it. I don’t know if it was a rat that chewed through it or whatnot, so I called the store and spoke with the lady in Chinese asking about the issue. She didn’t bother to check and told me that possibly the food was too hot and it burned a hole through the plastic (seriously!?). Upon further inquiry, she said it’s also possible that the plastic bento box had a defect during manufacturing and they received it like that (again, seriously!?). She explained that they do not poke holes in the container, and that she guarantees the food is freshly cooked. I mean, I can understand if there’s a defect, but why would you serve it to a customer and use the food to hide it? I’m really worried the container was infected or contaminated, and since my kid is already not feeling well, what did we just ingest into our system? Is anyone going to take responsibility? I was so mad after the phone call I had to post a review to warn others. For anyone deciding to order from here, please check your food and containers before you leave the place. I had a bad experience and I’m not happy about it. Despite the food being okay, the container incident has really gotten me worried and the rest of the food went into the trash. Be wary if you’re ordering from here!

Clean location, fast service, food is ok for the price.
