The guy knew I was about to miss my flight and had a nasty attitude. His name is Ricardo Hernandez. Please avoid this please
Was waiting for 45 min for them serving a salad. Had to leave without the food. Called for a manager and was promised a refund. The refund never came, and I had to open a dispute with my CC company. They charge upfront with suggested tips included (ridiculous), so be aware you will not be able to get a refund easily.Horrible service and super disorganized in overall. Once I paid, nobody came to check on my table. They didn’t even offer a water. The place is run like a scam -it looks like they are very aware what they doing.Stay away.I’m filing a complaint with New York licensing department.
I wish no stars was an option. The ginger ale tasted like a dirty sink. They clearly aren't sanitizing the soda system correctly. The food is barely edible. I would have been happier with a sandwich out of a vending machine.
Ordered a breakfast dish and waited almost an hour. Waitress came over and said they had stopped making breakfast so I wouldn't be getting my food. Don't waste your time
Dark, noisy, crowded, pub atmosphere in LaGuardia terminal. Obtrusive tabletop touch screens filled with advertising offers automated ordering. Food is delivered under banquet covers from nearby kitchen. Drinks prepared and served at bar in restaurant, in small glasses. Prices are astonishingly high, easily twice those in Atlanta airport, for example. Burgers are $30. Each. One burger was OK, the other quite good, but no mayo, onion, mustard, pickle. Just lettuce and tomato. Cheese is extra. Included fries were small, broken pieces, crispy but greasy. Small ketchup serving provided. Soft drinks $4.95. No one checked back on food quality or refills. There is a service request icon on the touchscreen. Overall, an impersonal, expensive and less than pleasant experience that could easily be avoided by paying attention to Tripadvisor reviews. I assume management is aware of their issues and could care less, as previous reviews for preceding years noted virtually identical complaints. Avoid avoid avoid.
This place was extremely overpriced. Not worth it for what you get. You are paying for the location.
It’s overpriced as nearly all sit down airport restaurants are, but the two times I’ve been, the bartender/server has been absolutely fantastic. Funny thing is, the iPads you order from all but remove the need for good service, and yet he goes above and beyond. I’ve enjoyed the French onion soup, a creme brûlée and a glass of wine there twice. What can I say, when I find something good I stick to it!
Croque madame was delivered as a Croque monsieur where is my egg? They carry Hitachino Red Rice which was a pleasant surprise. What isn’t a surprise was the airport pricing.
I arrived a little ahead of lunch time, ordered the Seared Salmon and it was actually quite delicious, the veggies were fresh and tasty as well. Just very overpriced though for having to order from an iPad (which is fine with me in concept, more efficient anyway if the cc swiped is working), and also the usb power outlet was not working at all, and the staff did not care when alerted (I know there’s nothing they could do about it in the moment, but they could have offered to seat me at another spot that they know has a working outlet, and noted the faulty outlet for management to get fixed later).
Food is ok but overpriced. They have you order off of iPads that sot in front of you for the duration of the meal, playing advertisements while you eat. Even though the iPads have replaced your server, the restraunt automatically adds a 18% gratuity as you're closing your tab. It is adjustable if you notice it in time, but still ludicrous considering.
