I went to pick up an ubereats order and I waited 30 minutes for the order to be ready and after it was ready I went to drop it off and as soon as I went to drop off the food the bag was so oily all the food slipped out of the bag and after I went back and told them what happened the lady with the low cut made it seem like it was my fault that all the food slip out but you can clearly see that the bag was super oily
While their prices went up, they're hygiene has decreased. I happened to pass by the truck at 7am and saw their cilantro sitting out and exposed. This is not the first time I see their food exposed like that. Last time they had the tostadas exposed in a cardboard box in the driver side of the truck. They touch money and food without washing in between. My sister saw them fill up the gas in the truck and proceeded to prep food right after.
Bad customer service. Guy gave me the wrong meat in my taco and when I told him he assures me it was chicken not beef... but it was beef then he gave me another one reluctantly with an attitude. Went all the way home and back because of his mistake. Didn't even apologize.
cant lie their tacos are good, one if the best tacos ive hadbut the long wait times and inconsistent pricing drives me crazyone day it will be 3$, today i was charged 3.50$ and a few days ago i was charged 4$
I'm from LA, Phoenix and Dallas, all known for great authentic Mexican food, these guys are keeping the tradition alive on the other side of the country.Can't go wrong on the menu, but the tacos are particularly good value at $3 since they're overflowing with quality meat options. Pay with cash because there's a charge with your card
Top notch tacos. definitely suggest trying their al pastor taco. My go to late night indulgence.
Honestly some of the best tacos in queens. Clean and quick service. Just wish the price of the tacos were 2.50 instead of 3 dollars but that's just me
Terrible experience, I ordered a torta and many tostadas. They didn't sent the torta. When I called the establishment, they told me that maybe the chinese delivery man on the bike ate the torta!. I was able to talk to uber eats, I recieved a picture of the actual food(the torta was missing), I wanted to send it to them to prove that They never really made it, and they told me they are busy and that they have many orders , the man hung up the phone on me. This is terrible service, experiences like this will come back to reflect upon the business. They need to learn more about customer service.Just be cautious =(fair warning)IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE, YOU ARE ROLLING THE DICE. If an item isn't delivered you will get the phone hung up on you when you call back or the lady will tell you that the delivery people ate it. They take 0 responsibility on your orders. 0%.
This used to be my favorite Mexican place to order from in the Flushing area as it's pretty sparce when it comes to options. A while back they didn't miss with their food and were they best locale for good Mexican food. Sadly they've fallen way down recently and UberEATS orders have been pathetic & off-putting. Makes you regret ordering from their food cart once it's arrived.
Absolutely delicious! First time trying their tacos and I loved them super tasty whatever they use to make the meat gives it a unique flavor. Will 100% come back!
