What disappointment I was when I came to this place I never got no problem with Starbucks but at this location has no respect for customers And the cashier was nasty (Fernando) rude after i asked him why take so long to make a drink, more than 20 minutes in the nasty way he answered me, you have to wait or I give you your money back plus he said he was the Manager..? feel sorry for this place has a manager like this men with no respect for customers and treating like that, I'll never come back to this place. Starbucks should train better his people and teach them customer services skills, plus he looked very weird under some substance. ( u don't treat customers like that so accelerated)
Worst Starbucks place! I ordered my drink with oatmilk but they used soy. When I requested to make it again with oatmilk, the employee talked rudely (but made it again). However, someone must have spitted in, as right after I drank it I started to feel vomiting & ended up having a freaking food poisoning from the coffee (as I clearly know symptoms of food poisoning and how to cure it). I could have filed a lawsuit! I usually don’t go this place and this basically assures that I will never, ever go to this place!

Drinks with no taste even when you add extra pumps to it, Starbucks is way to expensive to have a bad service like that, convenient location but bad service
I am extremely displeased at the service provided at this location. I am a frequent customer of this establishment and I find very hard to believe that I have serviced in such a way. Starbucks coffee is the fuel that drives me after a long day of work to begin my home routine. I visited the Starbucks at the 20th avenue location in college point queens and I was looking forward to order my normal flavored latte and drink it on the drive home. I got the grande praline latte and went on my way home. I opened the cup and what I got was a short latte. Half the beverage was gone and the rest was whipped cream. I’m extremely disappointed and would caution those who do not check their beverages before leaving the store to ensure they got what they paid for.
Staff are friendly, pick up orders are always on time and 99.9% attended.
Go MIN, bro!! He deciphered my moms usual COLD oat milk shaken expresso with brown sugar and broke it down into a HOT grande latte, oat milk, sugar pumps on the side. (Because it’s cold and she’s very picky about her coffee, highly recommend that order). These peeps NEVER miss with the way they make your order. Cheers. She put a thumbs up mid-sip.

WORST Starbucks ever, one of the staff is unbelievably HORRIBLE. She never, ever makes the drink that you request via the online order-ahead app. For example, I oder a drink without ice, and it always turns out to be a drink with full cup of ice!!…and super sweet, even though I customized it with less sweetness.. it happens not only ONE TIME…I decided to just throw it away after a few sip, though the drink costs me almost $7, very sad and unprofessional! Do not go there..you will just be so disappointed with the service
