I wish a million stars was an option! Legit the best Italian food in all of New York City! You can taste everything is made with not only love & passion but is fresh & homemade!!! Every time you walk in you are greeted with the warmest of smiles by all staff, feels like family. The absolute best, thank you ?❤️
The food is really good but was very disappointed when I picked up my order today. I walked my order to my car put it in the back seat, drove 3 blocks to my house and upon getting my bag out of the car the bottom of the bag ripped and the food fell out of the bag because the bottom of the bag was wet with grease from the packaging inside leaking. I spoke to the owner who told me that he’s been having issues with the containers he uses and he would replace my order. When I went to pick up the new order (I did bring back the old order mind you) and was told by the other owner that moving forward it was not their problem if the bag ripped and once I left the store it was my problem. I could understand if I’m the one at fault but the fact that the faulty packaging allowed the bottom of the bag to get soaked in grease and the bag to rip is their responsibility. That’s going to be the last time they get my money. The food is good but not that good. Bad customer service on the wife’s behalf cost them my business
Hosted a luncheon here today in the Garden Patio for a party of 20. Mauricio, the chef/owner is a dynamite guy. Easy to work with. Great disposition. Food was great, ambiance too!His wife works with him and is at the front of the business making pizza and greeting customers. She’s always smiling and happy to see you.I love the outdoor dining in the rear. A covered garden patio. A little hidden gem amidst the hustle and bustle of Flushing, Queens. Quiet and private. A great place for lunch or dinner or for light bites they offer many pizza varieties. This place is a find!
Found this place during an earlier trip this year and were so glad to be able to get back there. We had ordered at another location and were so disappointed that we returned the full order for a refund immediately.The family ownership shines through with the pride in their product and the way they treat you. My son and I had a couple of slices while we waited and we knew we would be enjoying our meals based on that alone. Will be going back next visit!
We hosted a rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding and Chef and owner, Maurizio, did a fabulous job with an authentic 5-course Italian meal for 30 people. The staff did a great job keeping the wine glasses full and made sure everyone had a nice evening. Great atmosphere on their covered patio as well. We highly recommend!
Let me first say that the food is excellent and service is good. BUT The menu has a little sticker that says because of supply issues prices will be higher. My problem was that a Caesar Salad was listed for $11.95 when the bill came it was $19.75 A small carafe of white house wine listed for $13.50 when the bill came it was $17.05 The place is local and owners are very nice people. I find the increases are out of line and in my opinion the menu should be updated to reflect the correct prices or say that all items are up 10% or 20%. Not 65% and 27%. I will try again and have to ask every price before I order.
Had a party of 18. The room outside was perfect. Service was great. Staff was friendly, accommodating, funny, and professional. We had a family style dinner. The awesome food just kept coming all the way up to dessert. Fresh, tasty, and plenty! We all left full, satisfied and happy. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back.
Had a lovely diner with a friend. We used the outdoor patio which was tastefully set up. The food, service & atmosphere were wonderful! This is my favorite Italian restaurant. It’s probably best to make reservations but it’s not a must.
Great food n excellent service.
Delicious pasta and very nice ambiance. Had the spaghetti carbonara very creamy and flavor was amazing. I've only had it once before and it was not comparable to this place. Shared that and linguini pesto also flavorful, friendly staff. Felt like a nice family owned business. We will definitely be returning!
