Filthy ! OMG the black dirt on the pink rugs were so disgusting I were scared for the bottom of my NYC walking shoes .I love anything pink , once upon a time this place was so beautiful I can imagine, still has so much potential. This cafe is so dang cute and a fun place for pictures , not much food or much desserts to choose from .Tea and smoothies were cool , love the pastry pink boxes and heart shaped cup plugs. They need to seriously scrub the wall and take out those pink rugs upstairs and BLEACH them or can em . Get new ones , that’s disgusting to display that trash to people looking to eat and drink . The bath stinks and filthy too , horrible smells in both bathroom .needed soap as well , but the bathroom has cute little hand dryer. Walls need deep scrub from professional cleaners , the games are a cute idea and I love the pink and white sky decor and pink hot are ballon on the ceilings. The hot air balloon chairs were a bit dirty with stains of tea on the pillows , need bleach and scrubbing pillows need washing . This place is only good fir pics , I problem you don’t want to sit and eat too much once you really look around and discover the slackness . I mean a strand of hair on the table , it’s literally unsanitary almost . They do good luring you in and it definitely is a beautiful place if upkeep was priority but please do better I actually want to support you guys . Love this for my girls , love this place to relax and sip and scroll and look girlie and cute, I love the look and feel and creative design , but I can’t sacrifice cleanliness for anything .Staff were friendly and patient , they were informative and knowledgeable on the taste of the teas I inquired about .
Seriously the cutest bubble tea / dessert spot ever! It’s like a dream. Everything is pink and clean, aesthetically pleasing and their cups and packaging is pretty cool too. We had the rose bubble tea and the Thai bubble tea. Maybe a little too sweet for my taste buds, but still good. Also had the cheese cake. It was a little frozen, but still tasted good. Definitely worth the visit!
Loved the cute space, and I was able to work here with their free wifi which was really nice. The pink decor is fun but they should repaint the walls since it’s a bit scuffed now but still fun to pose with (swings, chairs, etc.). Lots of seating to sit and relax too.We got the jade oolong tea with cheese foam and crème brûlée bubble tea, both decent (crème brûlée was our favorite).
I had been trying for so long to visit this beautiful place & I gotta say that it was worth it! Altho In time I see that the pink color r getting little dirtier & darker. Hope they fixes this soon. The stuff we’re very very nice. Ordered bubble tea & cake. Was delicious ?Wish this cafe was near me so I can visit more. I will be coming again just to enjoy the vibe & the food. Including some pictures to show how beautiful it is!

Cute place to take pic and hangout with friend for sure! They also have cute bear cup that you can buy for $2. It’s fun to come take a look!
Very cute place! Love the pink vibes. Bubble tea was ok and cakes were delicious. Place needs to be repainted and shaggy rugs need to be changed on the second floor as well as some broken/missing light fixtures.
Drinks are delicious. Cute decor! The upstairs might need a bit of cleaning, but overall good! And there's bathrooms for customers too!
It’s still winter but there’s no heat anymore so it’s freezing here. People wear their winter coat to stay warm. And there’s no internet so you cannot work here. The drinks are good as always and the store is pink and pretty.
Cute little place. They need to clean this place more often. Drink is ok but a bit pricey.
