Love sometimes sometimes the food is great sometimes are not that wow but inflation making things spensive one day pooors will not eat

I went in to order (3/30/22)a bacon cheese burger with no fries. They said that it cost the same without. Okay ill take it. A frozen burger patty doesn't take 35 minutes to cook. After sitting there for 20 minutes I inquired about my burger. They said what did you order. Told me to wait 5 minutes. At this point I was frustrated and told them my order shouldn't be taking this long. The asked me if I wanted to exchange their hot food for the burger and then then told me they just want to get the order right 5 min more please. I get the burger. Go home and there's no bacon. I called bacsv3 gk and said I ordered bacon cheese burger. The lady said "no you order a cheeseburger". I hung up. Obviously I wasn't meant to have a bacon cheeseburger and waiting as long as I did shows customer service in the food industry has come a long way. Good job ladies I was late to work because someone didn't put the order in. I did tip u tho before I got my burger. Smmfh
What a disappointment! Have eaten here before and the food was decent, but now not at all. Went on a Wednesday night to pick up dinner and it was horrible. The chicken meal was mainly rice and it was dry. What they serve as plátano maduro (sweet plantain) was not ripe or sweet. It was dry and hard. The steak and onions was cold. The soup was all potatoes and it was a lentil soup. It's a shame anyone thinks this is good latin food. It is not.
OMG...what a total disappointment..I've eaten here before and the food was good. This time the counter lady was annoyed and the food below mediocre. The place is rundown too . The baked good where palletable
A good Latin bakery in Chinese neighbor. It's a clean and friendly place. the restroom was clean as well. The quality is above par with an OK selection.

They should be shut down... the food is dirty and of the lowest quality... $20 for a bunch of lettuce the most disgusting beans I've ever seen , a steak that was cold & rubber like Straight thieves that should be sent back to the ahole they came from
