It was the express oneUpdate: the cashier was rude, I asked for a simple thing. She wants to add things on, that I didn't ask for. Then she gets a attitude, when I don't want it. It also looked like, I messed up her day.
I had the fried chicken sandwich on March 9, 2022. It amazed me because it was that good - pretty good size but crispy, juicy and good service, Fried good.
Worst Service Ever, I order 2 combo meals and an extra Fries, walked to the food court to eat, only to realize I was handed the wrong order. Went back with 2 mins and told the lady she told me I need to speak with a manager, Manager came out and couldn’t even help. I just told them they can keep it and I walked off. Wasn’t about to have my kid crying there. Worst Customer Service.
The chicken breasts here reek of decomposing chicken to the point that it makes me gag. The chicken was drowned in grease and went everywhere when I bit into it. The wings and drums are smaller than your fingers while the breasts are bigger than your hand. The busciut felt like a rubbery piece of bread with no taste. Probably stale. Mashed potatoes with gravy had a sour aftertaste with it which really makes no sense since its so cheap to make. The only decent thing was the chicken sandwhich and the drink. Service was boring and it looked like 1 person was working while the 4 others were relaxing. Disgusting and disappointing experience. Makes sense why they have such bad reviews. Go to popeyes instead
Just take-out my order 8pc fried chicken-8pc chicken fingers $35, but then figured it out, NONE of the Chicken fingers is in the bag although I asked couple times and makesure about my order. Really disappointed.
Wednesday November 17 2021 2:28, very rude manager. Came to pick up a mobile order and waited 20 minutes, after mobile ordering an hour prior to getting there. I asked for my order and he said if I argued with him he won’t give me anything. I was not arguing with the man from the beginning. KFC is the type of place you go to when you first discover fired chicken, and it immensely disappoints you. I can honestly say that KFC is a waste of time, space, food, and money. Their chicken is crispy for only the first 3 minutes, and more than half of the time it’s not crispy at all. They are usually dry and the most flavor they have is salt. Save yourself and go to Popeyes.
This KFC store is supposed to open at 10am today. I was there today at 11:25am, it’s still not open, so I asked the guy at the counter when they are opening. He said in about 30min. So I waited till 12noon and went over again. And now he’s telling me it’s not opened until 12:30. No sign anywhere about the new opening time, no apology from them, instead he gave me attitude as if I was being annoying for asking him the second time.
