I ordered directly thru the restaurant and left the money outside for a contactless delivery but expected as every other delivery person always does is call or knock to let me know the food is here. Well on the coldest night of the year(30 Degrees) he doesn't call and after calling the restaurant several times only to have the phone just keep ringing I go outside and find the food sitting there practically frozen! I called this morning and spoke to the owner who could care less saying "well things happen"! Additionally they always overcharge claiming they made a mistake. There is a reason why every other local restaurant in the area is thriving and they can't even open there's next door. The owner should learn to appreciate customers because this place is simply a convenient location and would have been out of business long ago if it wasn't. Stay away and give your business to one of the other many appreciating and deserving restaurants in the area.
Really delicious pizza and amazing customer service, my card kept declining *thank you bank of america* lol anyway they gave me the slice and can of coca cola l! You don't get that type of service or heart from anyone in this liferime..so of course I highly recommend and will return!!!!
I cannot wait for the restaurant to reopen! The food is all so delicious you cannot go wrong with anything you order. You have to try this spot if you haven’t yet!

NYC has so many restaurants to choose from for sure. When it comes to Pizza, there is a place on each corner.Today was our first time trying Graziella. 100% would get food here again.The pizza was delicious, real mozzarella and home made sauce.Garlic knots with real chopped garlic and olive oil—so good!!!Not to mention a friendly staff, and prompt delivery from a smiling delivery guy even though there is 2 feet of snow outside right now!If you are looking for authentic, this is it. We will be back to try their Italian dishes as well!!Thanks!Mike

We are in a pandemic. The guys behind the counter were wearing their masks under their nose while preparing pizza & other orders. I don't want to know what took place while making my order before I picked it up. The mask is to be worn covering your nose & mouth. Gross!

Ordered pizza & chopped baked clams to support local bussines. 2 hours later it got here with almost raw whole baked clams & half loaf of bread ripped in half hard as rock. When I called they said we dont care dont order.
