Ordered a pie through Doordash.. they said pie left the door over hour ago. Driver never marked the item picked up. And no contact nothing.Update: Pizza never even shows up. And Doordash said they use their own delivery people.
They can NEVER get an order right. They either send the order missing something or don't prepare it as requested. They don't put a quality seal on the box to prevent anyone from possibly opening the box when it leaves on delivery instead they put a cheap piece of yellow tape. They give you a receipt as if it was from the dollar store on the back of another pizzeria receipt named Marribella. The owners have the worst reputation for being thr cheapest guys in the area so you can only imagine The owners and workers are unprofessional. Its no wonder the place is left in the 80's!
Hi, 30 yrs ago I used to live in Bayside I had to move back to my country in Central Amierca (Nicaragua), but my time in the USA was the best and Grazziela Pizza was one of the reasons why I fell in love with NY. Unfurtunally my economic status won't allow me to go back, but if I ever had the oportunity to go Back, this is the first place I will visit. Delicious food and friendly owners. I can still smell the garlic knots!God bless you!!
Wasn't impressed at all? heard so many good things about their pizza...what a big disappointment. ? Mom has ordered in the past pizza and various dishes and has always been satisfied. I ordered plain large pie on December 22nd to be delivered. Pizza arrived cold and burnt on the bottom...we had to reheat in oven. There was ZERO TASTE. So BLAND! I believe they don't put enough sauce on their pizza. Not for me I'm sorry to say.
Had to get some New York pizza!!! This place is a classic, dude said the place been here for 30+ years!!! That’s what’s up!!! Had a piece of bomb buffalo chicken ZAAAA!!!
1. Pizza is not bad2. Other reviewers said it, when u go to store they never give you itemized receipt.3. Kinda Shady as there seems to be surcharge added when you use a credit card to purchase. They don’t tell you advance about surcharge. I do not know how much the surcharge is because see 2 above.4. Overpriced. $4 + for a slice of pizza with 1 topping.5. Service is poor. I ordered a few slices ahead of time ( with toppings) to pick up and when I got there it was even started yet. No apologies. I was double parked and couldn’t wait as such I called ahead of time. Had to run out and then look for street parking and go back to get pizza.
they always overcharge and pretend it was a mistake. They never provide a itemized receipt which is sketchy on its own. Not a trustworthy local business.
Great food. # 1 the food is always on point
They have very good pizza of all varieties, but they also have a good sandwich and entree menu. We order meals (6 people) from them for our family gatherings when we don't feel like cooking.
Best pizza and Italian food, they alwayhave the freindest people at the counter.
