Terrible service and Attitude. I went for a vanilla bean Coolatta with oat milk and was told it couldn’t be done. Why? I didn’t understand, the employee then decided to taunt me asking when I ever ordered it and kept insisting I was lying.
If I can give them 0 stars I would. Terrible service and terrible attitude, I live right accross the street and I’m not coming back to this place ever
I hadn’t been to this Dunkin in a while but it’s just gotten worse. I ordered 3 bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagel, 1 mocha latte, 1 refresher and 1 hot chocolate. The bagels were all stale, the bacon was soggy, and the overall sandwiches were bad. The refresher was watered down and the latte was bitter. Overall horrible food. 10/10 don’t recommend.
I love Dunkin’ and their oatmilk latte - grilled cheese and the avocado toast is a good fast cheap options for vegans!

This is the second time these people don’t put egg on my bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. First time I ordered 2 and only got the croissant and bacon. Now I ordered 3 sandwiches and same thing only bacon. Very rude for ppl not to give you what you pay for. Reporting to corporate as well.
Great coffee slow workers
There is a deal going on now with the Pumkin Latte for $3 if you use the Dunkin App. The cashier told me it was not and I was charged full price. I tried doing the survey and the number of the store was not valid not even the survey number worked. This is the second Dunkin store that i had a bad experience this week. And to top it off they don't speak nor understand proper English.

There is one male employee here, he is average height. I think maybe 5'5" he is very rude. I dont know if its gender bias or plain discrimination based race. But I had difficulty getting him to listen to my order and had to be assertive and speak to him as if he was a child. I will not be returning to this location and I dont recommend it either.
