One of the best DD in entire New York city ..cause this place is not a satalite ( satalite is where they bring food items prepared somewhere else ) here every thing is made in the kitchen behind and is always soft & fresh .it taste so good that you want to come back again .I always get blue Berry muffins & coffee role before heading for my dyalisis ( if my pocket give me a permission ) . employees behind the counter are always friendly and nice . with inflation days are gone when places like DD were favorite for middle class tight budget families now it's really expensive
They know me here and for the majority of the time, my drink is always on point! The only thing I would say is that certain foods need to be hotter than they make them.
I paid $4.02 for not even a full cup of cappuccino

I order small coffee with extra shot of espresso and I paid extra for it. They did not put espresso in my coffee. We should at least get what we paid for. Horrible service.
This place was ridiculous. The staff was barely competent but they acted as if the customer was making the mistakes. I asked the woman taking order, how many ounces in the large cup because I was refilling my travel mug. She could not tell me. Like it was a state secret. Turns out, she works there all day, every day, and has never took the time to know how many ounces are in each size cup.FIRE HER!!! How do you not learn the tools of your job?! Unbelievable!!!

Good service. Bathroom always smells terrible. Wish they had a sign up saying no smoking allowed right outside the entrance. I have asthma it is like a cigarette cloud out there sometimes. Good people though and good quality product.
I always go to these place, but always i got the wrong order. I think the problem is the staff, no speak very well english. When I say one spoon of sugar they put 3 sugar, I say no sugar , they put sugar.
Always Fresh daily made donuts and bagels only problem overfill of coffee cups once u get in car it spils all over the place
