Worst Dunkin I've ever been to; no this is not an exaggeration written by some inconvenienced Karen. This is legit one of the worst Dunkin locations that exists. I've gone here dozens of times and there wasn't a single positive experience. Here's a few fun experiences I've had over the last year:Waited half an hour for a donutGot yelled at by Syed (who was clearly having a mental breakdown) for asking where my iced coffee was that I ordered 20 minutes agoGot yelled at by Syed again for asking if they'll have more oat milk, followed by him walking away flustered and disappearing into the back roomNew faces behind the counter every other week - great way to meet new people!You get to pretend to be a ghost unless you're anywhere but the front register - super fun waiting 5-10 minutes every time to ask for a drink holder or strawsI've come to just accept that I'm going to get screwed one way or another whenever I go here since it's the only location near me, but this place is clearly suffering from mismanagement and overworked, undertrained employees. You can pretty much count on any order you make to be messed up or to just not be made at all, and it doesn't help that this location is kosher and their availability/ingredient shortages are never updated in the app.
We were up next in line and nobody behind us , and I had my head down, for a quick a second, and syeed, the employee there starts yelling “hurry come quick ! “. I took the situation as one to be disrespectful. It’s the month of Ramadan, and so I figured maybe he fasting and he’s on the edge and this was around the time of breaking of fast. And if he was fasting, you’re telling me you can’t excuse yourself 10 minutes before fasting period and not take customers. What you do on a spiritual level for yourself should not affect how you treat others if others aren’t provoking you ! After he got everything together he had someone else rings us up. I made sure, I didn’t say anything until after everything was made and given to us.. after check out. I went to him politely and toldhim he was unprofessional and more importantly disrespectful..TALKING TO A WALL
Food there is great but takes a lot of time to get ready
One of Dunkin's employees started bullying another client against another client, telling us we pretend that we like her to come here but we don't want her here and they started laughing even after the client left the place, I wonder why I have to witness the bullying of this employee when I just want to enjoy my morning with my hot coffee and my donuts? Why would an employee dare to bully a customer? I don't know if tomorrow they can bully me Me too, plus these employees look like rude spoiled brats. By accepting this behavior the country is without law and respect for others
The Indian grandma told my friend “not much” when she asked for the total. Your minimum wage job is not much. Don’t play with people you rude Indian grandma. We are paying thousands of dollars at our school to pay your hourly rate.
On February 6, 2022 at 7:50 P.M I walked into the Dunkin Donuts at 79-27 Main St. Flushing, NY 11367 and there were two Indian crew members there. Although I was the only customer, I waited two minutes for my order to be taken. I didn’t mind waiting because I was in no rush.Finally an elderly Indian female worker approached me and said “NEXT CUSTOMER”.I said “Hi may I please get two double chocolate donuts”? She put the donuts and the bag and proceeded to ring me up. After she rang me up, she stood there and looked down on her phone, without telling me the total.I asked her “How much”? And she replied back “Not much at all”.The Indian male crew member looked at her and started laughing and he said “it is much, what do you mean not much”.I looked at the register and saw my total which was $3.98 and handed her a five dollar bill.She took the money from me and put it in front of the register, and asked the male crew member to cash me out. The male crew member got the change and left it on the counter for me to grab.I immediately asked for a refund due to the disrespect and lack of customer service. I am a student studying business and criminal justice at St. John’s University. I worked retail and hospitality jobs before.I was shocked to see how these crew members treated me, although I was so respectful.I highly suggest anyone that is ordering from the franchise to put your audio recorder on before going in.These crew members are disrespectful, and do not know anything about customer service. Shame on the hiring manager!
Went ask a maple bacon sandwich. The lady there said no meat. It's understandable there is kosher but other races live and work in the area.
Continues to be service oriented and well run.
The staff is nice and service is usually pretty quick. The quality of the drinks really depends on who makes it. I got a cute spider donought and it was okay, not too stale but not the freshest donought I've had.
The donuts taste like nothing. My partner loves dunkin and we were happy to see one near by. But it's disappointing
