Sent my husband in here to pick out three pastries for the buy 2 get one free deal. The shopkeepers tricked him into buying like 10 pastries by making it seem like they were all free (they kept telling him to get more as if they were part of the deal). We ended up with $30 worth of pastries, all of which are dry and tasteless. Total waste of money.

Small bakery with limited variety of pastries. The Portuguese egg tarts are great.

The cakes were disgusting and dry, they are left out for weeks. Bakers are outside smoking. They only drop the price down when breads aren’t selling. Full SCAM.

They’re very selective about whom they ask for a vaccination card. I’m mixed race ani was asked. Two Chinese in front of me were not asked ( yes, I speak Mandarin)

Two tables for indoor seating, tasty bakery bread. Bubble tea too sweet.

Our go-to bubble tea place in the area!!

We visit Bake Culture when we are craving for Taiwanese pastries. The decor is bright, clean but narrow-spaced. Their product line-up is various with decent price. We were there for their pineapple bun but they ran out that day but the Purple Sweet Potato Bread caught my eye. I am a super fan of fillings made from root veggies like sweet potato, Ube, taro... etc so I bought it without hesitation. The purple Sweet Potato Bread was delicious with creamy & rich sweet potato filling. The layer was thin but different from my expectation, I thought it would be chewy like mochi.

I purchased several times here and bill was alway higher than I calculated. Later I found out that store charged me sales tax on breads. Please take a good look at your bill carefully this store charges sales taxes on breads (no taxes on breads). Told them several times but employee told me the owner ask to charge taxes (never try to correct).

Bread is good and match for the price, but coffee is bad

Bakery in the supermarket!
