Had my daughters sweet 16 there last weekend and everything was perfect!! Paola was my party planner and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. The room looked beautiful, the food was great, and the service was all good!! Thank you!!!!
I highly recommend the royal palm. beautiful rooms, marble floors, gorgeous decor, top notch professional staff, delicious food!the all inclusive packages are great, so easy! our event was amazing!

Beautiful venue! We went there for a wedding. It was very spacious. The main area is very nice. They had different back drops so you can take pictures.
What a wonderful Sweet Sixteen party my daughter enjoyed at the Royal Palm! Staff was professional, attentive, courteous and accommodating. The venue was breathtaking and looked spectacular. Care was taken to assure every detail was just as my daughter requested. Special thanks to Paola to assure that the event was flawless. Thanks again for the lifelong memories of a beautiful event!

THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DAY. WORST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR EVENT. I had my wedding here 2 Months ago in October . I booked the venue earlier the same year in March. First off they lied to me saying they were giving me the whole room. I came TWICE to make arrangements and was given a proper full room floor plan. Until the last time I went for my final planning and they told me I would only have HALF of my room. I was furious and they did NOTHING. They had a wall in the middle of my hall with a Spanish sweet 15 on the other side. I heard them blasting music during the religious ceremony of my wedding. Also, they did not properly set up my family table. The florals were missing. The bar tender was obnoxiously rude. My flowers to greet the grooms side were late. The list goes on and on. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE!!!!!!
Our journey with the Royal Palm started in 2019 when my husband and I were seeking out venues for our wedding planned for May 2020. This was the last location that we visited before making our decision to choose them and it was an easy decision. We had seen some price information on theknot.com which was wildly inaccurate. Their prices are actually much much more affordable than what was stated on theknot.com and they offered a customized package that fit our budget. We met with Karen to discuss what we were looking for and we quickly realized this was the venue we wanted to go with. All of the plans were in place but we were not able to get married in May 2020 because of the pandemic. Karen and the Royal palm team assured us that we would be given priority when choosing a new date. However my husband and I decided that we still wanted to get married even if we could not have a reception. In July 2020 after not being able to find a venue to have just a ceremony, We called Karen to ask if we could use the Royal palm venue just for about two hours to have the ceremony with 7 people. They even catered lunch!! ❤️❤️ We called at around 3 PM on Friday and she was able to have the ceremony room set up for us just the way we wanted it initially, by Saturday at 11 AM. Fast forward more than a year later, We just had our reception on October 30 and even though I was overwhelmed, EVERY single person on the team made the day really seamless!! Karen, Paola, Zinnia, Mike, and the entire staff that helped set up were so amazing and we’re so thankful! They made sure we stayed on schedule, Zinny always made sure me and my husband had food and stayed hydrated. She and Paola helped me fix my dress and were just sooo positive and professional. ❤️❤️ We really loved the Royal palm because it was a one stop shop for everything. Our package included the catering, the venue, photography, flowers, DJ/MC, and decor. There are multiple vendors for each of the services that you can choose from and they are all amazing. If you get a chance to go to one of their bridal expo’s or open houses definitely take the opportunity! Even though I no longer live close to the Royal Palm, I would still consider them for another big event. The location is easy to get to if you live in New York City or Long Island, and there is ample parking. You can even get there using public transportation and a short cab ride. I can’t say enough good things about this location and the people who work for this amazing company. Thank you guys for making our event a successful one even in light of how restrictive the world has become.
The Royal Palm wasn't a terrible place to have an event. The parking was ample and the interior decor was very nice and esthetically pleasant. The food was good. My grips with the location first starts with the staff. My sister had a wedding and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. They seemed very unprofessional, without a Maitre d' to direct the staff and connect wedding parties. I doubt we would use this location again for any more events. 11/07/2021
