I ordered an iced decaf caramel macchiato today. It was so good that I had to write this review.I have been to many other Starbucks including the Roastery in NYC. The one in Farmingdale (drive-thru) is up there with the best!
This Starbucks has 7 lazy people working in there, or I should say not doing any work in this store, I ordered 2 cheese danishes and 1 coffee, they had the warm danishes on the counter for 10 minutes but they never made my coffee when I asked for my coffee they all looked at each other like stupid,by the time I got my coffee the danishes was cold they were busy chatting on their phone instead of working lousy service All around
This isn't a review of this particular Starbucks. It's a review of Starbucks corporate.Lately, a great number of items are listed in the Starbucks app as unavailable at the store you're visiting. Yet when you try and make a purchase you learn that items listed as unavailable are in fact in stock, and items listed as in stock are unavailable.This isn't a hard problem to solve in 2022, but Starbucks does not seem interested in solving it

Place is hip. Staff is very friendly and quick with the service. Love the warm banana bread .
This Starbucks is amazing! Truly the best staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I'm frequent morning flyer and this morning my drink had Lisa Frank Stickers on it.... AND THAT MADE MY DAY!!! After a rough week at the office, something so little truly meant so much! Thank you!!!

The staff was so kind. The batista made sure my kids hot chocolates were not too hot so that they can enjoy it safely.
