Filthy bathroom really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I expect that Starbucks has cleaning standards and I don't understand what happened to this location! This doesn't look like a few shifts missed because of short term staffing issues - looks like longer term grime! ? Other than that - if I hadn't used the bathroom everything looked pretty normal. Though the outdoor tables also needed a clean.
Ordered white mocha frappuccino, but instead received milk and ice. Went back in to ask for a different drink, the employees looked annoyed with me. Asked for a price difference for a different drink, was even met with hostility over it. Didn't raise my voice or yell, waited patiently to get yelled at. Definitely a place go to if you want to be made feel guilty for not having the right drink. Employees were annoyed by my asking for something else. A crime was definitely committed by me asking nicely for a different drink. Thanks Starbucks for making my afternoon a great one!

My best friend bought me a giftcard from this location and it was a nightmare trying to rectify an error that clearly happened on the stores end. I had to drive all the way to the store which was more than 15 miles away and called customer service numerous times to NO resolution. The manager ended up calling me back after speaking to her district manager only to tell me once again to call customer service and there was nothing they could do to which my response to her was what customer service told me which was that the card was not activated on the stores end, the manager responded that the card was activated and hung up on me, the end of this story is that there was no resolution and my friend ended up wasting money as she paid for a giftcard and I was not able to use it, this is beyond terrible customer service on all ends- the store, the customer service at 1-800-Starbuc and it was very displeasing
My 2nd time going there and really pleasant and their patient I was trying to order something new but still went with the old but the only down side is the wait in the drive thru but otherwise than that their great
Was a great experience! I went on free cup day, so as to be expected, they were very busy. All of the baristas were very friendly and had smiles on. I even watched them deal with a very nasty customer who had not actually put their order through online but was demanding their coffee, but this didn't effect them at all. They were all very calm, kept smiling and I had all of my order, correctly, and I was on my way!
So far the service was quick, people were friendly and I like the jazz and blues music.
I totally frequent 3 different Starbucks and this location is my favorite! The staff is positively lovely. Every single barista I've had an interaction with was so sweet and friendly. They happily made my semi-complex drink order and did it well. I always drive out of my way to visit this Starbucks.
they are very nice here. And they enjoy making pupachinos and draw little heart paw prints on it which is super cute they are patient here. they have an excellent microphone and speaker box so when placing orders they can hear you perfectly. in love coming here when I am in the Farmingdale area
