We stopped here after a day at the beach and we’re overall very happy with our experience. The food was good and the manager(I believe) was walking around making sure everyone’s food was good and helping people with their orders. The main reason for writing this review is for the way this gentleman reacted when an older women tripped and fell outside the restaurant. After helping her up and inside he brought her water and sat with her, talked over the menu with her and brought her food. He was so kind and compassionate and it is great to see someone care so much about their customers!
We were looking to go to Qdoba but decided to try PDQ instead. It was awesome and a place we were ecstatic to find. They have a very clean, welcoming dining room. There was even a giant communal hand wash sink in the dining room. Great for everyone. I ordered the chicken tenders that were juicy and full of flavor. The fries are waffle fries and were far better than their competition. BBQ sauce was one of the best I've had in years. Everything is made in their scratch kitchen and you can taste the quality.
This was a surprise drive-thru treat. I'd go back to the area just to visit this place again and have a milkshake.
This is the 1st time I came to this place and the chicken tender is absolutely delicious and juicy. I'm looking forward to going back there again.
I really wanted to love this place but felt underwhelmed. I need to preface that my meal traveled for about an hour before consumption so that may have lowered the quality of my experience. The good: place was clean, servers were friendly, high turnover with plenty of cars waiting at the drive thru and people on line inside. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was ok. I couldn’t taste any kick. I have a relatively high spice tolerance but the sandwich did nothing for my spice taste buds, maybe I was given a regular sandwich. The chicken tenders were on the dry and sad looking side. I enjoyed these the least. The variety of condiments available were a plus. Fries were tasty but on the saltier side. Sweet tea tasted like sugar water with hardly any tea flavor. Compared to chick-fil-a, it’s a toss up.
The Food is great . However I am actually amazed on how well i was treated by the staff. Terrence knew how to speak correctly and offer everything available that was great to try. J the manager pushed the staff in a positive way. I also overheard correct another staff members language. As a business owner this is the people you want working for you.
Great food! Didn’t know what to expect from here as I was having it for the first time, ordered the crispy chicken and it was amazing! The right amount of seasoning and the chicken tasted very fresh! They also have a designated hand washing station outside the bathrooms which is pretty cool.
Is this a franchise? It feels like a franchise - in a good way. The sandwiches are really good! Something about the sauce. I got their spicy chicken sandwich, and the first bite was "wait a minute, that was nice!" The sauce tastes like it should've been a lot hotter but it wasnt. Never been, but if I come across it again, I'll definitely revisit.
This is a great place for really good chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches. The food is delicious and fresh, the chicken tenders juicy and not over done on the bread crumbs, I really like it. The salads are good and the service excellent. Great place!
Chick-fil-A, meet your match! Food is quality stuff at a decent price. Staff is professional and friendly although one suggestion is to call out the names a bit louder and clearer. Unlimited sauces is a HUGE plus. I think there are about 7 sauces you can try. They are not stingy with the sauces unlike many places today. The shakes were perfect. Not too sweet. And I saw the hand washing spot after we ate, but what a plus for a restaurant to have out front. The one other suggestion for the staff is to avoid serving small bits and pieces of waffle fries. Most were decent size but a lot were crumbs. Definitely recommend. Will return for sure.
